MASH-UP

SYPNOSIS
<><><><>
The slushie war is on. The Glee equivalent of a Big Gulp makes its menacing way down the hallway, frightening everyone with the threat of a Big Splash. The target: Finn; the thrower: a hockey player, who tells Finn and Quinn that since he joined Glee Club and knocked up the chastity queen, they "just don't have the juice anymore." "Welcome to the new world order," smirks the meathead ...

Quinn and Finn desperately try to regain popularity as Puck, obeying his mom's wishes and deciding to date a Jewish girl, starts a relationship with Rachel. Will struggles with another unlikely duet, as Ken and Emma ask him to create a mash-up of their wedding songs: "I Could Have Danced All Night" and "The Thong Song." In the midst of all the chaos, even Sue gets a chance at love.

MEMORABLE QUOTES
<><><><><><><>
Kurt: Someone get me to a day spa! Stat!

Puck: Know what the worst part is? It's not the burning in your eyes or how the slushee drips into your underpants. It's the humiliation.

Quinn: Status is like currency. When your bank account is full, you can get away with doing just about anything. But right now, we're, like, toxic assets.

Will [to Ken]: Your commitment to football is about as long as your pants.

Sue: You sunk my battleship, Rod. And you sunk it hard.

Sue: I, for one, think intimacy has no place in a marriage. Walked in on my parents once and it was like seeing two walruses wrestling.

Rachel [to Puck]: Your arms are lovely. But I just don't see us working out.

Puck: It was a message from God: Rachel was a hot Jew and the good lord wanted me to get into her pants.

Quinn: When my mom applied to college, she put being popular as her main extracurricular activity.

Emma: Ken has convinced me we need to at least be in the same room when the marriage is certified.

Ken: What can I say? I'm a traditionalist.

Mercedes: The slushee wars have commenced. None of us are safe.

BEHIND THE BLEACHERS
<><><><><><><><><>
The latest relationship drama at McKinley High:

Will and Emma shared two very intimate moments in this episode — both involving wedding dresses. First, the Thong Song and the tumble-turned-snuggle at the end of the song. Then the super-sweet "I Could Have Danced All Night" number at the wedding dress shop. How long until these kids end up together?

Ken finally wised up to Emma and Will's flirtations, and punished Will by making the football players choose between Glee and football.

We saw the kinder, softer side of Sue when she went gaga over newscaster Rod Remington. Until she saw him kissing another woman. Scary Sue was back!

Puck and Rachel made out, went out, and broke up all in one episode.

Quinn seemed to be pining for Puck when he sang "Sweet Caroline." (Well, what girl wasn't swooning?) Will she give up Finn for Puck?

BURNING QUESTIONS
<><><><><><><><>
Is this really the end of Puck and Rachel? Some of us are rooting for them!

Will Emma actually go through with the wedding?

Where was crazy Terri? She was nowhere to be found in this episode. Perhaps she was away at "birthing classes"?

How will we survive without Glee during this three-week hiatus? (Other than seeing them perform the national anthem at the World Series)
