judging by information from the books, i'd say about the same time as Yule, the Winter Solstice. or, if on a single official date, the Winter Solstice Holiday on the Calander Wheel (which was based off of the Gardnerian Wiccan Calander).
however, it's just a joke anyway, because the Llothites don't celebrate a Llothmas in a typical Forgotten Realms Campaign.
