Union
The Union of Allied States is the primary governing body of the continent Terra. Distrustful of the Chosen, the Union instead makes use of its nearly unlimited supplies to supply its units with powerful tech. Enemies with Kingdom, soldiers ordered to arrest KotP members, but they tend to let them go as they help the Union.
*Subdivisions:
**The Royal Guard: The cavalry's cavalry. The Guard consists of soldiers who have proven their ability and loyalty time and time again. They are sent on the most dangerous of Union missions, and follow their orders through to the last. Their rules are strict, and failure is never an option. They have access to the most powerful of Union tech, and the Guard units can customize their equipment heavily.
**Heavy Armor Corps: HTBS combat specialists. The HAC has access to powerful HTBS mecha. The HTBSs are usually customized by their pilots, and their abilities range from that of a sniper to a melee combatant. The cavalry of the Union's forces.
**Grand Army: The main army of the Union. Specialized training puts units into different ability classes, such as sniper, scout, or warrior. Have access to guns and swords, as well as APCs. A small, specialized unit exists that actually drops out of skyships into warzones.
Knights of the People
The KotP is a group of vigilantes formed to help the Union combat the Kingdom. They have no qualms with the Chosen, and are actually led by one. The KotP don't have the resources that the Union and the Kingdom do, and instead scavenge or steal what they need. However, they are the only side that can produce Myst, a very powerful fuel. They are made of both Chosen and normals. Their medics heal better due to being Chosen. Their rules are more relaxed than that of the Union or Kingdom, but punishments are harsher than the Union.
*Subdivisions: (Each division is recognized by a colored band on the right shoulderpad, rank indicated above it. The left shoulderpad is often customized.)
**Dark Knights: The Special Operations Unit of the KotP. The DKs are all Chosen, each having proven themselves to be very useful in their field, be it on the field or off it. Most are master class. They report directly to their group leader, who reports directly to the KotP leader.
**Gray Knights: Made of both Chosen and normals, a unit that specializes in regular combat. Armor is mismatched, stolen from both other sides, weapons, too. Usually use guerrilla tactics.
**Crimson Knights: The HTBS division of the KotP. Use heavily customized models. Consists of two divisions: pilots and engineers. Engineers repair and invent new tech. Chosen and normals. Usually use blitzkreig tactics, punching a hole through enemy forces and routing them from multiple sides at once.
Twilight Kingdom
The Twilight Kingdom strives to conquer the world and place it under one government. They treat normals as cannon fodder, relying heavily on Chosen and demons for their army. The King's word is law, and any who do not abide by it are brought before him for his judgment. It does not use tech much, and what tech it does have is likely stolen. Instead it relies upon demons summoned from a portal in Gate Castle.
*Subdivisions
**The Sentinel: The Elite soldiers of the Kingdom. They are led as a whole by one High Commander. The Commander may be challenged at any time by a Group Captain for the post. The sentinel themselves are broken into five groups of five, each with its own Captain. As with the Commander, these can be challenged for their posts by members of their groups. They are all high class Chosen. They receive their orders from the King.
**The Dark Army: Made of lower level Chosen and normals. Some have guns or HTBSs, but the majority are melee units. Their strength lies in their numbers, which grow with every city captured by the Kingdom. Many have bullet resistant armor, and are known for taking out foes with guns by charging them with the armored units in the front.
**Hellspawn: Demons from a hellgate in Gate Castle. Level one demons are easy to call forth, but are also easily slain. Level two demons can regenerate themselves when killed twice. Level three demons are hard to kill and quite powerful, but require a day to summon and a host. They cannot regenerate when killed, and their host dies with them. Powers vary.
