Snow and ice, the two things Cody could say he hated and mean it. Now that it was getting colder and snowing a lot more, Ary was becoming almost playful. It was strange watching her run around in jeans and a tank-top and be completely unfazed by the cold as she pelted him and passing cars with snowballs. Not to mention how energetic she was outside IN it as well as Aenira.
Gah, summer just couldn't come fast enough, he grumbled, kicking a piece of snow down the sidewalk in front of a row of buildings. He wasn't sure exactly what he was walking past, as his gaze was fully focused on what lay in front of him. For being the middle of winter, it wasn't so bad out. Already kids were having snowball fights and making snowmen and sledding to their hearts content. It would have been cheerier for him had he someone to spend it with that wasn't Ary, family, or someone highly annoying. His wings even flexed in annoyance, flicking off the bits of snow that had fallen onto the tops of them before settling back the position they had been in previously.

Iah never went far without his parents, far to well trained by his father who seemed to make the world around them out to be something rather frightening and dangerous. He looked around as he stepped outside, his shoes making a crunching sound as he stepped onto the snow. He looked down at it before he reached down to pick some of it up, crushing it into a ball shape then held it up to look at. He only held it for a moment before one of his two tentacles stole it and set it sailing at a passing car...
The boy gave a gasping sound and ducked quickly behind the nearest bush, never happier then when the car kept going. That meant either there was no harm done or that the tentacle had missed, "That w-wasn't funny!" He scolded the tentacle though he was completely ignored as it and its twin went about gathering snow on their own, sending it sailing over the bush that Iah was hiding behind in an attempt at hitting whoever might pass by.
"N-No! S-Stop misbehaving!" He told them again, pushing to his feet to try to get them away from the snow... and then got himself tangled up by one of them, he flailed about as his arms were pinned to his sides by one and the other grabbed hold of the bush and yanked, hard... and Iah gave a squeaking cry as he fell over backwards and landed on his back in the snow... and laid there, giving up as the tentacles returned to flinging snow about.

Whack! Cody's head suddenly snapped up and he turned sharply at the feeling of a snowball smashing into his wing. He stared at the bush as it started moving and a kid with red tentacles and a third eye tumbled out. He blinked in confusion as one tentacle wrapped around him to keep the previously flailing arms pinned tightly to the child's sides and the other tentacle grabbed the bush.
It wasn't long before before the kid fell over onto the snow and those weird tentacles started chucking snowballs in HIS direction. Easily dodging the missiles, the pre-teen quickly walked over while keeping out of reach of the tentacles that were attached to the kid. As he walked, he scooped up a handful of snow and compacted it tightly. Just in case.
"Hey! Can't you control those things?" Cody asked coldly, glaring at the tentacles and using his wings as a shield against the barrage of snowballs that were sure to come. Now that he was closer, he wasn't sure exactly WHAT the kid was. He could see purple speckles on his face, which he had already come to assume meant he had Lust blood, but there was red and, judging by the actions done by the tentacles, was wrath. He had yet to hear of ANY child with two sins and no virtue... Then again, it wasn't as if he could see anything prominent that would help him figure that little tidbit out. It was strange how he always ran into children from the Facility and never from other places. Oh well, like he truly cared to ponder over that when his wings were now cold and wet from snow.
"Or are you asking for some sort of snowball fight?" he added after a minute, sounding a little less irritable than previously. Hey, the kid looked younger than him and severely helpless. Kind of hard to be pissed off at someone THAT pathetic.

Iah shifted in the snow so he could better look at the one who's tone of voice seemed as cold as the snow that he was currently laying in. He starred up at him with a trio of eyes before he rolled over and looked up at him, "Ahh... N-No... I can't." He whispered, sounding rather worried since the bigger boy with the wings seemed pretty well unhappy with him. He shifted and tried to sit up, reaching out to try to get his tentacles to behave once more by catching hold of one of them and pulled it back to his chest though only ended up with it wrapped around him, "I-I... am s-sorry..." He whispered.
He gave a rapid shake of his head, "N-No! I am n-not looking for a f-fight!" He squeaked, of course even as he he said that he didn't want a fight the free tentacles that was entangled around him moved to gather some more of the snow to fling at the other boy. It would appear as though the boy himself wanted nothing to do with a fight but the tentacles were all for the battle. It drew a groan from the boy.

Cody just sighed and rolled his eyes, blocking the snow flung at him with his wings. "It's alright and not your fault. And I didn't say fight, I said snowball fight. It's where you create a fort out of snow and pelt the other fort with snowballs. Completely harmless... unless you fill it with ice or something equally nasty," he explained, crouching down a bit and glancing over him.
"I'm Cody," he introduced, trying to keep his tone a bit friendlier and finding it difficult with those damned tentacles throwing pieces of snow at him. At least his wings were blocking most of it and keeping him free of snow. Curious, he lobbed the snowball in his hand experimentally at the tentacle closest to him and chucking snowballs in his direction while making sure that if the tentacle missed, it wouldn't land on the kid. He seemed like he had enough problems without having a wad of snow land on him.
