Hey guys!
I was wondering if anyone has any tips for what to do when you get hungry after dinner. I typically eat dinner around 5, because I get hungry then. Eating later isn't really an option, but what are some good ways to combat the late night munchies?

I usually have a bowl of cereal at nine, because I get hungry enough that I can't sleep if I eat nothing. I don't know, it helps and I'm still losing weight.

I'll keep you my dirty little secret... Hmm, that's a tough one. Obviously, this isn't a good time to eat junk food, but thinking along those lines, fruit might not be a good idea either, because the sugar in it would spike you awake. I've also heard that carbs in general are a bad idea at night, although I can't be sure why. My guess is because carbs are mostly glucose, a short-term energy source, which is the same stuff that's mainly in fruit.
Generally, I (big hypocrite, I know) actually do eat fruit at this time, or maybe some carrots. Other times, I just drink lots of water and try to hold out until breakfast.

Something high in fiber :0 ? Celery..a banana,..baby carrots? Water helps too or even a small glass of soy milk

Hmm... maybe you could have a snack at 5 and move dinner to 7?

most of the time i eat an apple. its a healthy little snack.

X-ponential Hmm... maybe you could have a snack at 5 and move dinner to 7? It's not usually possible. I usually have rehearsal from about 6-10-ish.
