It's great! I happened to notice, though, that one shoulder is around an inch above the other. You want those shoulders to be lined up with each other. Otherwise, the eyes are emotional and professional. It has nice shading, too. I noticed you shaded under the strands of hair, which is something a lot of people neglect to do. All in all, keep up the good work!
