LotR: Return of the King Extended edition, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, 300, Boondock Saints, Star Wars Episodes 1 and 6, Nightmare Before Christmas, and Dark Knight have all been moved down a slot.
I just watched Avatar.
Best. Movie. Ever.

A friend of mine came over on Friday and we watched Star Trek. It was pretty awesome. I can still hear all the applause from the midnight premier when I watch it.
Movies I'm looking forward to this year: Alice in Wonderland, Clash of the Titans, Iron Man 2, and Deathly Hallows Part 1 which comes out the day before my wedding.

I cant wait for Alice in Wonderland to come out, or Iron Man2.
I guess you'd have to say my all time favorite movie would have to be The Lion King XD
Disney, the original Disney that is, you have to admit is quite amazing.

We are all a little weird. And life is a little weird.
And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours...
Alice in Wonderland was fantastic! The news anchors were bashing it yesterday morning because it wasn't what they expected. If they would have researched it a little, they would have known that it's more like Alice Returns to Wonderland. And it's Tim Burton. Seriously. He can mess up movies and make them even better.
Alice didn't take Avatar's spot. In fact, I think my movie list has settled and Avatar is number 2. LotR: RotK is back to first. I just can't have a not Lord of the Rings movie be first! . But anyway, Alice is way up there. It was very much worth waiting over a year to see.

I found out about it in February of 2009 and waited over a year to see it. I don't know if there are many movies that can be that good after that many months of waiting, but Alice definitely was. My sister and I are going back to see it again on Thursday.
