A Long abandoned desert town, though clearly long abandoned the building style is remotely similar to other kingdoms. The buildings are in relitively good shape and many even still holding stock and items of all kinds in shops and homes from when they were previously occupied There is very little evidence left behind to give any suggestions as to why nobody resides in this town anymore, there has been no bodies found on the grounds of the town either, but it is used frequently as a rest stop and a place to resupply for many kinds of people from regular merchants, kingdom officials and the more darker side of the world like black market merchants, pirates, mercenaries and bandits etc, though there have also been sightings of rather nasty creatures in the area passing through, some probably lurk about the buildings.

Three rogue bandits were all drinking, singing, and dancing like foolish hooligans around a large bonfire. Three female hostages were tied up and put in a circus style cage cart a couple of yards away from the fire. One of the rogue bandits walked away from the fire and towards the cage. He started to poke one of lady hostage with a long wooden stick between the legs. "We're gonna make a lot of money hoeing you females around." The girl started to scream at the top of her lungs. The second bandit looked up at her and walked over to the cage. "Scream all ya want b***h, ain't nobody gonna hear ya!" He scoffed at her as he looked down on her with utter discuss. The third bandit walked near the cage as well, and spat at one of the girls. "That's right, ain't no one foolish enuff to try and rescue you pieces of s**t."

The bandits heard the sound of fast footsteps coming towards at an alarming rate. They staggered to turn around to see what was happening but it was two late. Two of the three daggers hit, striking down the two bandits on the far left and right sides. Fortunately the bandit in the center was sober enough to drop down and do a quick roll to the left, dodging a fatal blow unlike the others. The bandit looked petrified but he knew that he didn't have time to be scared. He quickly rose from the ground and reached in his back pocket. He pulled out a small blowhorn made out of an elephant's tusk. He blew hard on it making a loud noise that echoed in the air.

In less than ten seconds later, bandits started to appear left and right. Some came from trees, others from bushes, and some appeared to come out of thin air. There were a total of ten bandits each holding weapons, ready to take this man down. Five bandits charged at Kai, each holding a short sword and shield. Two other bandits readied their crossbow, watching him very closely in case they had to fire. The last three bandits worked on wrapping a rope tied to a horse to the handles of the cage cart. One of the bandits there jumped on the horse while the other two got on the back of the cage cart. They were getting ready to drive off with the cargo. The surviving bandit that was attacked by Kai also grabbed a crossbow and aimed for him, ready to shoot at any minute.

The slash caught two of the bandits and it would have caught all three if the one in the middle didn't jump in time to dodge it. This bandit seemed a little bit better than the average rogue but not quite as strong as a skilled. He ran after Kai, along with the other two survivors of the attack. The flying short sword pierced through the driver's neck, knocking him off of the horse and onto the ground. Meanwhile the dagger that was throw flew right in the center of the targeted bandits forehead. He dropped to the ground immediately. A barrage of arrows followed the running warrior as he trotted about. The men with the crossbows weren't too experienced so many arrows flew and missed; one even hit one of the pursing bandits, killing him instantly.

The bandit gang would not go down without a fight as more reinforcement began to arrive. Running into the fray from some nearby bushes came three female bandits each armed with flintlock rifles. They stood by the men with crossbows as they fired their weapons. These feminine bandits were sharpshooters and each shot came closer and closer to hitting Kai.

Just when it seemed things couldn't get any worse three more bandits appeared from a dirt road, riding on rouge wolves. One of the bandits that were on the back of the cage cart got off and mounted the horse. Two of the bandits on wolves accompanied the cage cart people as an added defense. The remaining rider charged in the opposite direction that the bandits were chasing Kai. They nearly had the warrior surrounded. The bandits took off with the cage cart riding down the long dirt road. The two riders that accompanied them rode on parallel sides of the cart, while the bandit that was on the back of the cart climbed up to the top holding a flintlock rifle.

The shooters were all firing in attempts to kill Kai. When they seen the daggers coming towards them each of them instinctively guarded with their weapons. The daggers pierced threw each of their weapons making them unusable. The five shooters dropped their weapons and disappeared into the bushes. A couple of seconds later they each came out riding wolves. They started riding in the same direction of the cart. The weaker bandit was smart enough to dodge the thrown dagger, but the look on his face was troubling. He looked scared, petrified even. He took off running, dashing into the bushes and disappearing from sight.

Kai's attack with the scythe worked for the most part. The wolf dodged the attack but when it shifted the man fell off and in the path of the scythe. The bandit was decapitated, his head flying high into the sky pouring out a mass of blood from it's neck, while some oozed out of it's lifeless body. The wolf watch Kai and prepared itself to rip his throat out. At this time the other riders ran past Kai and followed behind the cart crew. Now it was just Kai, the wolf and the bandit. The wolf and bandit seemed a little stronger than the average warriors of their class. They were angry and ready to take him down.

The bandit was already fatigued, the first slash from the scythe was all he could manage to dodge. When the knife was thrown at his leg he couldn't do anything to get away from it. He was hit and he fell down instantly. The wolf however was a little be more tricky after dodging the slash, it quickly charged at Kai, catching him off guard as it ran to bite his arm.

Although most wolves would be able to dodge the attack, this wolf seemed a little slower than the other members of its class but a lot stronger. The kick knocked the wolf to the ground, he was a little dizzy but managed to get up again for another attack. He jumped high in the air at Kai, hungry and ready to rip his face off.

The kick landed and the wolf was brought to the ground. He had no more fight in him and realized who was the alpha male. He accepted Kai as leader of the pack and with a low growl sat before him. He agreed to be under him but let him know the alliance could turn south at any moment.
