 Songwriter weaved her way in and out of the throng of people standing at the edge of the stage. She was up next to perform Symphony No.5 by Mozart. This was one of her favorites because of all the sharp and pointed notes in the piece. She had practiced for days on end on this particular piece, most of the times having almost nothing to eat and barely enough sleep. She was determined not to lose this competition again like last year. She had been two points away from clinching the title but she had gotten off beat and that had cost her dearly. While she was thinking this she didn't notice the sudden dizziness that was creeping through her body.
" And now the runner up in last years competition the beautiful Songwriter!" said the announcer.
That was her cue but why wasn't she moving? She took one step towards the stage. Suddenly the ground tilted upward and she felt searing pain. She heard someone scream. Then.. blackout.

 Kanza sat and watched the announcer get on stage, it was somewhat unusual for the young wish to attend such an event. He wanted to go listen to music that day and wasn't about to be stopped. His mind was set on listening to some good classical music and once his mind was set on something there was nothing that could stop him.
Of course he snuck some food in with him to the event, that's just the way that he rolled. It was in case of emergency, in case he happened to see anyone that happened to need food, or want it. He always brought a surplus of food wherever he went, just in case he found one of those wishes that needed food. It was his job, and he wasn't going to stop fulfilling it just because he was off duty.
As the announcer announced another wish on stage, Kanza focused his eyes on where he or she was supposed to come out. What he saw surprised him though as the young wish fell to the ground, from where he was at it, it looked like she ate very little.
His senses automatically kicked in and he ran over to the wish who was called Songwriter. In a rush he took the meat that he was storing out and shoved it into the young wishes mouth. He then held her mouth shut using his chin and paw while the other paw stroked the neck, trying to entice the food to be swallowed.
Kanza didn't care that there was a crowd around him, what mattered most is that he take care of this wish. He wasn't about to let the singer to die, not on his watch.

The first thing Songwriter noticed when she was coming to was something in her mouth. She immediately swallowed not caring what it was for she needed air. She gasped suddenly and opened her eyes wide open. She saw many other wishes crowded around looking down with worried eyes at her.
What are they all staring at? she thought. Then the events that had happened just before came rushing back to her. She turned bright red and sat up abruptly. She immediately fell back down for she was still very dizzy. Ooo my head hurts so much... she thought.
She opened her eyes again(for she had closed them when she fell back down) and was inches from another wish's face. "Woah!" she said and scooted back as best she could. She didn't know who this wish was and why he was so close. As soon as she got far enough away (which took about a second) she started to scrutinize him. He had obviously gave her that thing( whatever it was) to eat and had tried to help her. He was a brownish color with darker brown markings going down his back.
"And who, kind sir, are you?" she asked formally taking note of the situation that they were in a very public place she (as a good girl) must speak properly.

Kanza smiled as he felt her swallow and immediately released the wish. He was even more happy when she opened her eyes because it showed that he performed his job successfully. Kanza liked the feeling of a job well done, especially when it came to saving someone who was in a desperate need of help.
He looked concerned as the singer got rosy cheeks, having never seen that before. Did that mean that the wish was sick, or simply embarrassed? He couldn't tell which bothered him greatly. He deduced that she wasn't okay as the wish tried to get up only to fall down again and Kanza tried to take a closer look at the female, to try to figure out what was wrong.
The reaction that the female gave Kanza surprised him, so much in fact that he sat down and stared at the wish, confused. She acted like she wasn't feeling well but then she also looked fine. Plus, he wondered why she acted like that towards him, he obviously hadn't done anything but save her life back there. Shouldn't she be grateful??
Kanza tilted his head to the side at the singers question, who he was of no importance right at this moment. Didn't she realize that?
"I'm of no importance. How're you feeling?" He asked as he looked at her with a serious expression.
