The Atlantic Ocean is the second-largest of the world's oceanic divisions. With a total area of about 106.4 million square kilometres (41.1 million square miles), it covers approximately one-fifth of the Earth's surface and about one-quarter of its water surface area. Climate is influenced by the temperatures of the surface waters and water currents as well as winds. Because of the ocean's great heat retention capacity, maritime climates are more moderate and have less extreme seasonal variations than inland climates. Precipitation can be approximated from coastal weather data and air temperature from water temperatures.

A great lift of water splashed to the surface as Rift fell into the Atlantic headfirst. A few minutes went by before he actually came up. Once he reached the surface he spat up pieces of seaweed and other ocean debris. "Just my luck. Ah well. Hope those Brotherhood guys didn't have any hard feelings." He smiled somewhat hoping they'd come get him. Either that or he'd use his powers again to try and escape his current predicament. But he didn't risk it. The last thing he needed was to end up in the wrong area at the wrong time. As he kicked in circles, he would notice a small ship sailing by. From far away it seemed pretty big but as it closed in distance it was only a small boat built for catching sharks. Nothing to big or fancy but it was enough to catch a lift on without being spotted by anyone out of the ordinary. Like mutants for instance.

As the jet flew over the atlantic ocean Zuku was chilling watching the digital screen as he flipped through the channels. As Zuku flipped through the different channels he didn't see what he liked so he closed his eyes and randomly pressed buttons. As Zuku did this his new channel was the nature channel in which now, was talking about rain and thunderstorms. This caught Zuku's full attention for the time being.
"I wonder when the next big rain is going to be. I can say when that happens im going to destroy so much."
As Zuku said that he looked up at Eli and said to him.
"We have made it to the atlantic ocean. So is the person here that we have to look for a great help."

The Blackbird would reveal it's presence as it lowered from the clouds above. Archive's timing of their arrival was exactly as he had anticipated before they had even departed from the mansion. For the most part nothing could be noticed but endless blue they emerged from the clouds, however as they lowered in altitude something could be noticed not far along. Below a boy not munch older than themselves could be seen swimming towards what looked like a large sharking boat. "Yes, he's going to be of usage to us. You'll see." He said letting the belly of the Blackbird land upon the surface of the salty waters. The wings would temporarily close in and the jet would take on a more linear appearance somewhat to that of a long boat.
The systematic doors would open and the stairway would unfold into the waters for Rift to climb aboard. With that the digital panels of transparent data would blink off and Archive would get up to greet the newcomer at the doorway. Standing halfway outside, he glanced at the mutant who had been struggling across the deep blue for who knows how long. "I'm not sure where you came from, but it's not about that. It's about where you're going right..."

At first Rift didn't pay any mind to the large jet that went by in the clouds. As it came closer he would continue swimming towards the boat to avoid being captured by the Anti Mutant League. This was their territory and he wasn't so blind to see it when he was in enemy territory. Instead the jet seemed to land almost on top of him causing him to immediately dive underneath the ocean. "Shoot!! That was a close one!" He gurgled underneath the water water. Once the jet landed the pilots who drove it would notice a piece sign rising up from the water. But there was something about the guy who stepped out. Something about his appearance that told him he was a mutant. When Rift's head popped at the surface he rose an eyebrow at the guy's gesture. "You could pass for a brotherhood mutant with the bad a** appearance but you're driving the X-Men's famous jet. And you can't be X-Men because....well you don't even look like the type except for the uniform." It didn't take long for him to make his next decision. Heck these guys were out to help him when the Brotherhood were full of themselves. "I accept your offer." He grabbed Eli's hand and pulled himself onto the jet. Once he made it on board he would walk around checking things out. The jet had lived up to his expectations. Not just by appearance but the systems that came along with it. "Wow you guys must mean business to go this far." He nodded as he confirmed that the jet was the real thing. At first he couldn't fully believe it but after stepping aboard it had totally blew his mind. "By the way the name's Rift." He smiled.

Zuku was still looking at the digital screen as he heard Rift. After Rift finished talking Zuku said to him while still looking at the digital screen.
"Hey Rift, im Zuku we came from the X-Mansion. Yet they are weaklings and even headstrong."
Zuku then placed his on the chair and leaned back in the chair. As Zuku said that he smiled and then he snapped his fingers on his right hand and said to Eli.
"Hey Eli what are we going to do next."

Once Rift was aboard, the stairwell would retract and the doors would be sealed shut. At that moment the wings of the Blackbird unfolded before shooting off into the skies once more. Archive made no hesitation to stay in one area for too long. They had priorities to take care of and every second was a second wasted. "The name's Eli, he's Zuku. Others know us as as Archive and Shatter Bolt in reference to our mutant abilities." For a second he took what Rift had told him into consideration, his cloths were indeed a bit similar to the uniforms the mutants wore back at the mansion. He was need of a clothing change for now, but that could wait until later. There was something that else at hand that had to be handled.
"So Rift, I take it that you've grown accustom to your powers already. I need you to get retrieve something from the X-Mansion that we left behind. His name's Light Screen. Our schedule was a bit tight, so we'll need you to go back and get him before anything goes down." Of course he wouldn't completely leave Light Screen stranded this time. However the next time wouldn't be guaranteed. In the crew a few ground rules were in need of being laid down. The business of making the team move back and forth for reasons that could have been avoided would be soon cut short after Light Screen would be rescued for the forth time. The time they would spend doing this was valuable time that they could use on putting Rift's powers towards other uses.
"Zuku, if anyone follows us too closely, I need you to strike them out of the sky immediately. Scratch the 'too closely' part, if anyone does it period send them into the great blue." He said making his way to the back end area of the ship. From there he would surround himself with a system of panels, drowning himself in more busy work as usual. By now the ship had made covered a few thousand miles of distance, barely leaving little or no time for anyone to catch up by ship at least. However no destination was set just yet. He wanted to give Rift the time he needed to do what he Archive had requested of him earlier.

Rift made himself comfortable in one of the passenger seats and strapped himself in. He was going to enjoy this ride. But he was even more interested in where these guys were going. Regardless of where they where, its not everyday you get to travel like this. "I can't wait to see what makes this baby tick." He said curling his feet into the chair like a child and looked at Eli and Zuku. "Good to meet you guys. So I see you need me to go back and rescue of friend of yours. Sure I'll do it. Just tell me where and I'm on the job." He was familiar with the location of the X-Mansion but on the downside the mansion was totally big around and anyone could get lost inside let alone himself who barely knew what the inside of the mansion looked like. "One problem though, I don't know the exact location inside of the mansion where your friend is and I don't exactly know my way around inside." It was a bummer to be the bearer of bad news but it was the truth. His powers were really flexible but unless he new the exact point of that area it wouldn't work.

Seeing Rift's dilemma, Archive rose from where he sat and strolled over to him. That munch was true. It could be a problem for Rift to find Light Screen and explaining it to him would take too long. Not to mention letting him search for Light Screen by more mundane methods would risk him being caught, but it wasn't anything Archive couldn't handle. Archive simply placed one hand on Rift's forehead and neurotically downloaded a series of images that consisted of the exact blueprint of the layout of the mansion along with the pinpointed region where the Jet Base was located into Rift's mind. "There you go, with this you can't go wrong on your way." He released his hand from his forehead before strolling off back to where he was to pack away the small project he had started on earlier. Once they landed and finished setting up base he would resume where he had left off.
Until then he made his way back to the cockpit to relax. For now the Blackbirds speed would be reduced slightly to give Rift enough time to accomplish what he needed to do. Meanwhile, Archive would dive into the world wide web and rip a few songs from there for entertainment along the way.
