 Fuzzbucket wandered around in the forest hopelessly and utterly lost. It wasn't his fault that he was lost, no it was that damned squirrel that enticed him to come into the forest. Sure, he followed the little creature into the heavily wooded area but the little thing was baiting him! How could he not chase that innocently looking animal as it went to and fro from its little burrow in the ground?
Fuzzbucket cursed inwardly at the little squirrel as he almost let that stupid squirrel win the battle. He continued forward, searching for the little rodent-like creature. He wasn't about to lose this battle, even if it costed him his own life. That squirrel was going to pay, he was going to make sure of it.

Jolie was walking in the forest innocently when she heard the cursing Fuzzbucket. She wondered what was going on. She decided to ignore him and mind her own business until the squirrel came right in front of her. She was able to easily trap the squirrel between her paws. The poor thing screamed and screamed.

Fuzzbucket turned his head in the direction of the screaming squirrel. It ran past him, how could he have missed him? Curious to see what the squirrel was screaming about and also quite happy that he was able to locate him, Fuzzbucket followed the noise.
What Fuzzbucket saw surprised him, there in his path was a beautiful looking wish that had that blasted squirrel in her grasp. His heart beat quickened at the sight of such a beautiful wish as she tugged on his heart strings. It was love at first sight, and Fuzzbucket was definitely liking what he saw. He only hoped that she felt the same way.
He went up to the other wish, his heart fluttering as he got closer and closer to the female. "W-What are you doing to that squirrel?" He asked, looking at the squirrel as it pleaded for help.

Jolie looked at him and saw there was something wrong with him. "Oh, I'm just playing with it. You want it right?" She reached for his forehead, "Oh you are so warm! Are you okay?"
She was honestly worried about him. Plus he seemed like a nice wish. Jolie forgot about her previous thoughts of him. "Umm...so what's your name? I am Jolie."

Fuzzbucket felt his heart stop as the other wish looked at him, truly this was destiny. It just had to be, why else would the gods have chosen him to meet her at this place?
His heart leaped as he heard such an angelic voice coming from her. Destiny....Yes, this really was destiny. She was so kind...So caring...He would have to thank the gods later for setting him up with someone so special as this wish before him.
"N-Nah, you can have it," Fuzzbucket sputtered as he tried to act like a cool and giving wish. He gave a longing look at the little creature and concluded that since the little creature was captured, that he won.
The orange wish backed up a couple of steps as Jolie reached for his forehead. He was supposed to be cool and not blushing and stuttering like he was. He didn't want her to know that all the heat rose to his face because of her and not because of sickness. That would be embarrassing.
Fuzzbucket felt like such a dufus. How could he totally forget to introduce himself? She must think he was such a idiot because of it. "O-Oh, I'm Fuzzbucket, nice to meet you J-Jolie." He hoped that she didn't think he was an idiot...It would limit his chances of them getting together and he really didn't want that to happen.

Jolie blushed a little when Fuzzbucket presented himself. She was able to keep her cool somewhat, though. "Oh thank you. Nice to meet you too!"
She saw that the poor Fuzzbucket was about to faint. "Oh dear, maybe you should come to my cave to rest. It's a really cozy place."

Fuzzbucket smiled at Jolie. she really was such a nice wish. Such a nice wish that Fuzzbucket thought that he didn't deserve someone as nice as her. She was just way to nice, even saying thank you just because he had said his name...it was just so sweet. He could never be as sweet as she. He thanked the gods again for letting him meet the one that he was destined to be with. This was truly love at first site.
Fuzzbucket felt the heat rise to his cheeks once more as the other wish spoke and offered him a place to rest. He backed up a couple of steps and nervously laughed, "O-Oh no, I really couldn't," He sputtered, avoiding her eyes.

Jolie frowned. "But why not? It's nice in there! Not messy at all!" Jolie was visibly a bit saddened by what she saw as rejection. She sighed and said "Are you sure?"

Fuzzbucket was angry at himself for making his destined one sad. He really didn't mean to. He was just afraid of something escalating in there... Something that he wasn't very well prepared for. He didn't care if her place was messy or not, that didn't matter to him at all being a messy wish himself.
Fuzzbucket, summoned up most of his courage for his answer to Jolie, deciding that he should man up. It was going to be hard being in her cave... But Fuzzbucket forced himself to believe that he could reign his emotions so nothing would get to out of hand.
"I-I'll go to your cave!" The orange striped wish exclaimed, stuttering a bit. He just hoped that she wouldn't be angry at him for not accepting her invitation the first time.

Jolie smiled. "Oh how wonderful! Follow me!" Jolie went up the path and through some trees. She was so happy her new friend would come visit. "Over here!" She hummed happily as she walked.

Fuzzbucket, smiled back and his tail flicked to and fro in happiness. He loved that smile, really he did. It was a smile that he never could get tired of. If Jolie was happy, then he was happy. After all, they were fated to be together. He completely forgot how nervous he was about going into the others cave, his happiness taking it all away.
The orange wish was in his own little world as he thought about the others smile. It was just so sweet and cute looking! So much so that he was in complete bliss and didn't notice the other move until she said something in to him sounded like an angelic voice.
Fuzzbucket, crashing back into reality looked over at Jolie and scrambled after her. He hoped that she wouldn't be angry at him for spacing out like that, that wouldn't do well for him at all. He wanted to have a good relationship with his destined one, not a bad relationship. That would break his poor heart if that happened.
But, hearing Jolie hum, made him realize that she wasn't angry at him at all. This got him incredibly happy and he walked as if he was walking on air, happy that his destined one was happy.

With Fuzzbucket behind her, she finally reached the cave. She saw it was a bit messy after all. A few plants were misplaced, and she felt immediately embarrassed. She just hoped he wouldn't not notice. What would he think if he knew of such a mistake?
"Ok. Here we are! My little cave!"
She looked at him and nervously asked him, "So would you like anything to eat?" She was desperately hiding her embarrassment.

Fuzzbucket looked around the cave, fascinated by the place. Sure, it was a bit messy in places, but that was easily fixable with a little bit of cleaning. It was what made the place a bit unique though, and made the place, Jolie's place. It wouldn't be Jolie's place without the mess.
It took him a few moments to respond to Jolie as he surveyed the cave that he was in, taking it all in, excited, happy and also a bit nervous.
Fuzzbucket didn't notice Jolie's embarrassment at all. He tended to not notice other wishes emotions. Ever since he was a kit.
"O-Oh no, it's okay! I'm not very hungry!" Fuzzbucket stuttered, not wanting to be rude and say yes. He didn't want to trouble Jolie more than he already had, with having her take him to her cave and all. He was just happy that he was with the wish of his dreams.
His stomach wasn't afraid to voice his hunger though and it growled loudly, announcing to everyone in the cave that the orenge wish was hungry. He blushed in embarrassment and hoped that Jolie didn't hear it.

Jolie did manage to hear Fuzzbucket's stomach growl. She giggled. "Oh, you are hungry! You are so silly! Wait here!" She thought he had lied because of his pride. She ran to the back of the cave. When she came back to Fuzzbucket, she brought a giant watermelon. "I couldn't possibly eat this whole thing all by myself! Why don't you help me?"
Her embarrassment was causing her left ear to twitch, but she tried to ignore it, so it would not get his attention...

Fuzzbucket shifted his feet from side to side a bit nervous. He didn't like being called silly by Jolie. He didn't know if it was a bad thing or a good thing. He hoped it was something good.
He looked at the giant watermelon that Jolie brought back with her and he immediately licked his lips without even thinking as his stomach growled yet again. "S-Sorry!" He exclaimed, a bit embarrassed that his stomach was reacting in such a way to food. He hoped Jolie didn't mind.
"You sure?" The orange wish asked as his eyes went from the watermelon to Jolie, his eyes huge and wide in amazement at Jolie's generosity and at how big the watermelon was.
