--My Plan--
(I live in England so gun law applys)
-On Hearing About
As soon as i heard about a threat i would take about two or three companions with me and move into a small town. When here i would buy a radio (you never know when you may here a emergency broadcast or pirate station giving advice), crowbars (strong enough to crush skull and gooey centre), a tent, lots of food/water (for us and possible trade if we encounter survivors) torches and thick coats (for warmth and protection).
-When Infection Breaks Out Approx One Month Later
After this we would leave town and camp out, with one man on guard at all times.
We would keep an eye on the town but stay away until we were sure the majority of zombies were gone after killing the majority of populace. We would enter town at this point (with our crowbars just incase) and loot:
1)A Supermarket (for more food)
2) A local gun club (people are dead we can steal guns)
3) Pharmacy (For medical supplies)
4)Library (For instruction on medical procedures and gun use)
After camping out for approx another month (to make sure zombies are gone) we would then move into the town again.
-In The Long Term
We would keep moving from town to town and repeating this plan after we run out of supplies.
For long term surviving we would consider:
-Creating a radio station to inform others about our safe location thus growing our numbers.
-Learning farming and irrigation (if we grow our own food, no more moving around.
-Starting Families (increase population)
-Creating an Army to watch for zombies (careful of mutinys however)
-Sending Army in to larger town, kill our undead pals.
-Move into larger town.
