POEM: MELODY IN THE DARKEST OF NIGHT

In the dark
I cannot see
I cannot breathe

My steps are the steps that will remain so delicate, so quiet
My breathing is shallow
My heart you cannot hear

When I move it is so fluid
When I move my spirit trails behind me

In the night
I am awake
I lie in bed, I pace my room… I am waiting

My mind tells me the rules, I must think, I must know
My heart beats the beat of longing
My eyes stare into the vision of your beauty

When I speak the words mean nothing
When I write your voice soars in my head

In the dark
I wish to fly
I wish to live

My patterns are consistant
My lungs create the melody
My love is everlasting

When I step the fear is noticeable
When I touch the pain is felt

In the night
I am in fear
I am alone

My brain speaks only in silence
My heart longs for you
My vision is that of only perfection

When I sleep I hear the I hear the language
When I set aside my pen and paper, words are all I know

In the dark
I am afraid

In the night
I can see your face

In the darkest of night
I am not afraid, I can sleep
I have you

My mind soars with the visions of your words
My breathing returns as I stare into your eyes
My mouth hums the melody created by the lungs, and the heart, and the mind

When I hear the music your voice appears in my head
When I wish to speak, I can only sing

When I am alone
I hum the melody of the darkest of night…

I did not know angels can cry..
but still i see the red streaks of your tears

i know you try to hide!

You are so strong...
But still your face is burned red!

Why do you try to hide?

I see when your lip quivers
I see the water building up in your eyes...

Are angels alloud to cry?

i see your wings...
they change colours when you are sad..

You donot have to hide so much...

i know you are in pain...
i wish i could help

do not hide anymore!

I see the red streaks of tears that are burned into your cheek...
And now i know...

Angels can cry..
