Apperance: He has short, messy golden yellow hair with a wide left eye to match. His right eye was removed from him and replaced with a white glass ball which he cannot remove from his head. His eyes have deep, dark bags under them due to the fact that he is an insomniac.
He's severely underweight because he was rarely given food during the majority of his life. His skin is sickly and pale, seemingly tinged gray or blue in dim lighting.
He wears a cream colored straight jacket with large golden buckles as a top, though his right arm is free. As pants, we wears a pair of ragged black pants that are ripped around his bare feet.
His left arm is concealed by the straight jacket and is very thin and small due to its lack of use, however his free right arm has been genetically enhanced to be as long as his body, his massive hand (larger than his head) and sharp, uncut nails grazing the ground he lets it hand on its own. Also, around his neck he has a large iron shackle that has about a foot long length of chain hanging off of it.
Personality: Whyre is a naive and gullible boy, almost falling for every trick and trusting everyone he meets. However, he has a deathly fear of needles because of the memories of his childhood etched into his mind. He is in a constantly worried and even slightly paranoid state and is always wondering what is happening because he is unable to understand what it going on due to his lack of intelligence. But regardless of his faults, he is a very nice boy who would help anyone who hasn't shown him any malicious intent to the best of his abilities.
Background: Whyre was born as a poor child, he and his sister were orphaned when Whyre was only 7 and at 10 he was kidnapped by a group of government-approved geneticists who stole him off the streets deeming him "unwanted by society" and performed a series of cruel experiments on him, resulting in him having a massive right arm, a glass right eye, unnatural abilities and an mentally unstable mind.
When he was 14, Whyre escaped from the laboratory and began wandering around on his own as a homeless mutated freak in the eyes of others.
Powers/Abilities: Rapid cell growth which is basically almost instant healing though on life threatening wounds or very large injuries, it will take longer ( example: it can take from 10 minutes to 2 days)

Unnatural strength in his right arm and legs
Enhanced sight (to make up for use of only one eye)
Weakness: His own fear of killing/hurting people, needles (deathly afraid of them), his low stamina (he fights in burst of energy and tires quickly)
