i think it would be really cool to worship music.
(side note- people say there getting fed up with me just asking questions on here and to use google. 1st- screw you 2nd- i dont want just a blank answer i want thought and personality and maybe someone to talk to.)

Although I think my sig shows how much I heart music. Well, music is really just an extension of us. Not really a creation, more of a discovery. And remember, many things in many religions seem illogical to those whose beliefs are different. To a degree, it makes sense to me. Music reflects/instigates feelings in us, be they awe, anger, joy or sadness. We have a deeply resonating connection with it.

It may have been "pure" at one point, but now, every religion is tainted with the greed of man. @Ice_Veins... Well, music is more logical than the Flying Spaghetti Monster, and I love music, and music is a large part of many religions, so i can respect your views. But on that note, you tell me how global warming and pirates are connected, as those who worship the Flying Spaghetti Monster believe. (Not to mention the fact that they think the FSM created the world, when spaghetti was invented in the 9th century...)

by "either", i meant that I don't like religion or the idea of making a religion out of nothing.
I believe in a higher power, but I don't believe that any existing religions... "embody" it well enough.

I don't think there's currently a religion that revolves around music, but you could certainly make one. If music is what brings out your spiritual side, then maybe that's the path you should take.
I think there are some religions which, though they don't worship music, do incorporate it. Music and dance and such can be highly spiritual things, so it makes sense that some faiths include songs during services and such.
