If you manage to acquire an egg from a mission, chapter or the daycare, it will take five days to hatch. Place eggs in your inventory until you've hatched them!
It's as simple as that~

Of course, makin' eggs isn't reserved to the wild pokemon! If you have two romantically involved pokemon, they can have an egg at any time. In order to start a "session" you will first need a Sweet Sweet Incense worth 3000 PD. You need one Sweet Sweet incense for every egg you want, unless two roleplayers are involved; then one incense covers one egg for each player. Only Rank Two pokemon may participate in such activities, and at least one partner must be second stage (provided neither partner is single-stage only.)
If you get an egg from an event, or from a mission, they take five days to hatch and you have to place them in your inventory until them!
Simple as that~

Now making eggs is a little different, only Rank 2 Pokemon may make eggs and only if one of them is evolved.
[No baby Pokemon can make an egg.]
You make eggs anywhere you please, granted you ha.

Hybrids!

When your pokemon "have some fun", the result is an egg. Unfortunately for biology, love doesn't always choose the most convenient partners. In PMDEOW, two pokemon may breed even if they fall outside of the normal egg groups. They may even breed if they are the same gender.

In the case of a hybrid pokemon (that is, a pokemon resulting from the coupling of two different species) it's entirely up to the players as to how they appear. The child may be a perfect mix between it's two parents, it may be largely one with hints of the other or it may follow one parent completely. It's entirely up to the owners. Many people do things like mixing colour schemes or borrowing minor features.

If you have multiple eggs in a single clutch, then the pokemon born do not have to be uniform. They may be coloured differently from one another, members of different species (based on the parents) or any number of other things.

Hybrid pokemon may choose moves from either parent's species' list if they are born as a mix of both species. Please try to be reasonable about this. Don't make a hybrid just to have some kind of super-pokemon with every move.
