NPC stands for non-playable character. This only means you can not own these characters they are characters that everyone can control in order to move the story along. As the owner of this roleplay I have to ok the creation of an NPC, do not worry I a fairly leniant. TO use them let me know and I will give you the link.
I will be adding the rulers of every realm and city, and the gate keeper and captain of the city gaurd for each city as well as abrief character description.

 David Sirius Capatin of the Gaurd of Valonbray [NPC]David has always been a soldier and he had risen to the rank of the captain of the gaurd a few years ago. His obsessive compulsive desire to kill anything that would harm a human has mad him a great asset to his lord Steven Ravencrest. However the recent lose of his wife and two children at the claws and teeth of a wandering werewolf clan has left him with a passsion to irradicate all of that race. The great sword that David carries is embued with holy blessings by the priests at the temple to the all god, a holy god of purity and light. His sword can give off light and does intensive damage to all demonic creatures.

 King Hrothgar Granjar [NPC]Hrothgar is king of the norther dominion of Ravenstern. The land is mostly barren and covered with ice and snow populated by packs of wolves and great ice bears. Life here is hard and death is a daily reality. Hrothgar is a good king who tries to do right by his people. Hrothgar is in his fourties and has been ruling for nearly twenty five years. He has fought many wars against the frost giants, orcs and goblins that plauge the mountains of his kingdom. The cheif cities of his kingdom are: Ravenstern which is his capital and stronghold, Windholm and Poinsbreak.

 Bulwae Odswar, Capatian of the gaurd of Ravenstern. [NPC]Feircly loyal to his king Hrothgar, he fought beside his king in many battles, now that the wars are over he serves his king as the Captain of the capital city's gaurd. He is stern, and almost harshly cold when on duty but when off duty he is a philanderer and a heavy drinker like most of the barbarian men in his homeland when not preforming is duty he likes to get routy and have a good time!

 Lord Sandor Palini of Laria[NPC]Sandor is from a long noble line but he is far from noble he does not care for his people only the safety of his own neck. Sandor uses his families great wealth to indulge in great parties. However of late he has discovered that great fame can come from being the cheif city for monster hunting. For the last five years he has held a contest that runs all year with the winner being decided during the winter solcitce. Whoever kills the most creatures and the most deadly creatures gets the prize a parade in their honor and a knight hood with the potentiality to become a true member of the honor gaurd. Sandor uses his city being fmaous for saftey as a way to get more trade rather than being a true haven for those who could not defend themselves.

 Sorka[NPC]Sorka is a vampire with evil intuitions. He has killed a number of families and has quite a few followers. He used to be the high administrator of Ravenstern until he was fired. Sorka has travelled across the country causing nothing but trouble and anarchy wherever he goes.
