A few things I figured out:

-Go to either Durem Depot, Gambino Outfitters, H&R Wesley, The Jock Strap or Junk in the Trunk to get the cheapest items (2 gold) and give them the the fuel tank thing. Fast & easy.

-The Stocking Stuffer achievement can be obtained cheaply as well. The 2 gold lacy leggings count as socks.

-Furnisher can be obtained cheaply as well. Go to the Factori and buy one of the concrete tiles & give it to the tank.

And it's a good way to get rid of old items.

Im getting rid of all my junk items like the many overseer aquarium items ive got duplicates of.
I'm hoping i have enough not to have to buy more items just to give away lol
