At 12:30 precisely every adult in Fallout alley,a town in southern california dissapeared in a blink of the eye.



Somehow all the adults dissapeared, animals have mutated and can talk, a weird barier has appeared around fallout alley and no one can get in or out. The promblem is, its not just adults who dissapeared, its everyone over fifteen. And with Kids who turn fifthteen, the weak ones dissapear as well..

and then of course, there are the powers.

Chidlren developed powers even before the FAYZ started (Fallout Alley youth zone) and all the powers seem to evolve around the hands. The strength of the powers are measure in bars, one being barely anything, four being very powerful... and then there's the six bar boy.

An autistic boy that dissapeared while in the town's powerplant at the time the adult dissapeared who was only four was a siz bar, and people keep seeing him. With his powerd able to teleport, strangle, kill people dead in just a wish, it's no wonder someone found photographic evidence that he cuased the black out... so how to reverse it...
