I vote the Dalecs. They were classic enemies of the doctor and the reason he became the "last" of the time lords.

I love him too.
He interested me after LastoftheTimelords. I saw the Doc/Master relationship, and it looked possible. I just really liked that he isnt' crazy anymore.
