I'm currently revamping mine, but I'll post it here anyways. Sigh...

~Information~
Name: Kato Meishi
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight
Personality: Always thinking. When he's not thinking, he's reminiscing about his mother...
Bio:When he was born, Kato was born with the ability to alter and foresee time. Kato was a beggar on the street for most of his life. He doesn't remember how he got there, but he knows it had something to do with his mother. It was his lifelong wish to see his mother again. He finally saw his mom crossing the street one day, and he ran out to go see her. He was hit by a car and woke up somewhere in Rukongai. He probably would have been a beggar there too, but in a dream, an angel came and told him the only was he would see his mother was if he rid the land of injustice and despair. When he asked to join the academy, he was automatically accepted because his hereditary trait was deemed useful in the Gotei 13. He trained and was taken under the wing of the 2nd Squad Captain as his vice. After his Captain died, he left that squad, deeming himself unworthy to take that position. He was then transferred to Squad Seven where he became captain after many more years of hard work.

~Zanpakuto~
Sealed Form Appearance:Blue blade, with a dark cross on it.Everything else is white.

Element:Light
Zanpakuto Spirit Appearance: A falcon made of pure white, light.
Shikai Appearance:The cross on the blade glows white .
Shikai Command:"Go, Kanpata! Pierce the enemy with the rays of hope and justice!"
Shikai Abilities:Raizen Katora (Sounds of Justice) Ability to teleport anywhere there is light. Takes a lot of spirit energy though.
Riun Jashin: (Tears of Light) Absorbs light to either increase his spiritual pressure or to heal a teammate. Cannot exceed more than twice his original spirit pressure.
Broken Wing: This is the only technique he is still learning. (More here later.)

Zanpakuto Spirit Appearance:A large panther with protruding teeth.
Shikai Appearance:The sword turns a sickly purple colour, and the hilt extends slightly.
Shikai Command:There isn't one. He releases when he damn well feels like it. If he's in the mood, I guess.

Element:: Despair/Illusion (I dunno, help me out on this one...)
Shikai Abilities: Discord One: The edges of Discord glow blue, and if the opponent hits blade while his Zanpakuto is released, the opponent loses the ability to communicate with his Zankaputo for 2 posts.
Discord Two: The blade emits a screeching sound, similar to a bunch of wrong notes played on a piano, that immobilizes the opponent by bringing up memories of ,well, Discord. It doesn't matter how deep, or if the opponent forgot about the incident, as long as it happened, it will show. The less painful memories you have, the easier and the faster it will be to escape.

Obtained: Not the second one.
Bankai Appearance: Kanpata becomes an 'arrow' that floats in the air while Discord becomes the 'bow'
Extended Name: Discordic Light (Meh. Wtf. I know. I'll think of one..)
Bankai Abilities: A dome surrounds the entire area, originally dark, but can be changed to light when Kato wishes. When the dome is light, Kanpata 'possesses' Kato, and becomes the embodiment of light, very fast, pure, and hard to predict. When the dome is dark, Discord possesses Kato, and becomes exponentially stronger, as well as he loses the ability to think rationally.
Obtained?:Yes, but never used.

Agility

~Dashing~

A most basic technique that allows the user to throw him/herself to a certain direction using a certain angle of which way the the stance is directed and executed. Based on an individual's attributes, dashing can be quite a moderately fast move instead of running. Also depending on the distance, dashing can be quite useful if in closer range to the opponent. This technique is basically for all ranks.

~Shunpo (Flash-Step)~

A movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. This technique requires a very high level of training, thus a most difficult one to obtain. One, who is of a high lieutenant ranking, must be able to possess Shunpo. Furthermore, it is a most fearsome mid-range/long-range speed known to be the exceeding ability than dashing. All in all, this ability can only be used by lieutenants and captains. For lieutenants it is nearly mastered, yet not perfected. Therefore, it is only of mid-range level 1. For captains Shunpo is of a level 2 maximum ability in which it is fully perfected for both mid-range and long-range.

~Air Walk~

Another skill, though not necessarily related, is the Soul Reaper ability to walk on air using spiritual energy. By collecting and solidifying spiritual particles beneath their feet, Soul Reapers can gain traction on thin air to either freely move about or to stop themselves from falling. This particular ability can only be obtained from officer level. Furthermore, it cannot necessarily be used every so often, especially for officers. It is an ability that can only be temporarily used but cannot last for a very long period of time. However, for lieutenants, they can stay on air for quite a bit longer and for captains, it can be held for quite a long while considering the great amount of reiatsu within a captain ranking individual.

~Triple Vision~

Kato gained the ability to create 'clones' of light when he became a captain. All the clones can act independently, and communicate as a team, although Kato tires quickly when there is more than three of them to control.

Zanjutsu: 8
9-10/10 - Has complete mastery of his/her Zanpakutō. Is able to use virtually every aspect of his/her Zanpakutō for offensive and defensive purposes, can also use unorthodox methods of fighting with his Zanpakutō. Shikai and Bankai.

Kido:10
9-10/10 - Is highly-skilled in Kidō. Can spam low-level Kidō spells, can combine average-level Kido spells and can perform basic, low and average-level Kido spells without incantation. Can string together high-level Kido spells. All Hadō, Bakudō, Chiyudō and Bōgyōdō spells.

Agility:10
9-10/10 - Air Walking can be done even when upside-down, in relation to the ground. Dashing can be done at near Shunpo level speed. Shunpo is often times used in combination with Air Walking and Dashing. Senka is mastered, but the Zanjutsu requirement is still present, and the shinigami can perform the elusive Utsusemi, provided his/her Agility points are maxed out. Shunko can be done as well; if the Shinigami has at least has 6-8 Kidō points.

Hakuda:10
9-10/10 - Air Walking can be done even when upside-down, in relation to the ground. Dashing can be done at near Shunpo level speed. 1-2/10 - The Shinigami's Reiatsu can not be detected or is quite faint that it requires intense concentration and focus to find him/her.

Physical Strength:9
9-10/10 - High Strength and Endurance. Able to throw material weighing a few tons, can sustain fatal injuries over a period of time and brush-off non-fatal ones.
