The beloved Overseer and Sentinel have combined forces to provide Christmas presents to children.
The Inn of Peace being the only place in Gaia which remained neutral during the conflict, it has been chosen as a location where donations are received & packaged. The broken toys, tools and other gifts need to be repaired and worked on before being put in boxes and shipped to the aircraft.
As a result, the place is packed with donations and cartons.
Zulma, the Innkeeper, invites everyone to put aside their differences and former conflicts and their personal errands to help participate to the first common goal of Sentinel & Overseer since the conflict.
Please come help and have fun! biggrin
Here is the main room at the Inn of Peace during the Christmas event.
Zone 1 & 2: the presents will be kept & offered to kids.
Grey zone: the presents will be used as fuel by BOO & SIN.
For those of you who want to post on the Xmas 09 forums, here is the link of a thread I created in link with the Inn of Peace.
This is the collection stand where people can drop presents for BOO and SIN. Anyone can come there to help with the collecting as well. biggrin

Can users also post announcements of gthat sort,just like mini-announcements like,
"Party at____"or"_____is going Christmas Caroling at ___,come join the fun!"

Hmmm no, this kind of announcements should be put in the main forum as they are more general than the Role Play the Inn of Peace.
I am creating a thread for you in the main forum, for everyone with announcement or invitation. smile

It seems that having a Christmas night at the Inn of Peace would be a great moment for everyone.
However it is expected that most of us will be very busy around Christmas day/eve so we shall try to find a date when it would be more convenient for everyone.
So to make it easier, please everyone fill up the form for date between the 22nd (included) of December & the 30th (included) of December:

[b]Non-Available dates:[/b] when you are 100% you CANNOT be online
[b]Questionable dates:[/b] when you don't know
EDIT: I am making a spreadsheet to see which day is the best, so please use numbers (22 to 30) to make it easier for me. smile
