As you enter the training area of the arena you see several gladiators who are improving their fight skills. A veteran of the roman legion is beside them and gives advice from time to time.
Here you can train your skills as a warrior.

Cornelia, she enters the room to find many other people not only gladiators but soldiers as well training their skills with the sword and the shield. she walks over to a spare dummy and starts to train.
30 minutes later she attacks the dummy one last time slicing the solid wooden dummy in half with one blow, she walks of as the other gladiators look on amazed.
she walks back to the sleeping room.
