Tizzy's room was once against different as she awaited a new student. Seated in front of a grand piano, the android was presently setting up blank sheets of music for her student and a large sheet on which she had printed what the different notes and writing on the music meant.
This girl was supposedly one of those lust children with the strange tentacles. As such, she felt it might be good to teach her to do something useful with them. And since piano seemed like a good thing for young girls to learn - at least through her research - it was her lesson of choice. Now the girl just needed to show up and say what song she'd like to try.

Trinket had refused to come to the facility alone, she didn't say it but a small part of her was afriad Penny would just leave her there if she didn't have to stay. That and her experiences at the place of her birth were never quite the same and she no longer felt fully comfortable there without an adult present.
Tiima and Sia wrapped around her waist at the moment she lead Penny to the room in question. One hand clasped around Penny's Trinket used the other to knock on the frame of the door. "Hello, may we come in?" They were on time, she was sure of it but you still had to be polite and ask.

Tizzy glanced over and nodded, smiling a bit, though it was somewhat mechanical. "Yes, please come in. I am Miss Tizzy. Are you Trinket?" her voice was soft and generally welcoming, though she had had to study many tones to find a good one. From her research and observations, Trinket had recently suffered through a parent change and was in a new and awkward home, so it was best to be very nice to her.
"And you would be Penny?"

Trinket nodded "That's us," her eyes were drawn from the woman speaking, which given her very strange standing upish blue hair, over to the piano. It was huge and a bit aweing to the girl but also soothing. After all she was here to learn right and well learning the piano sound easy enough.

"All right. Would you mind taking a seat? You and your little friends will be learning to play a bit today." she instructed, lightly patting Tiima. It seemed like something the strange appendage would enjoy.
"Do you know any simple songs you might want to try or shall I pick something?"

Tiima wriggled a bit seemingly in happiness.
Trinket nodded and let got of Penny so she could go sit at the piano. "I would like to learn a Christmas song." It was specific but it seemed like a good idea especially with Christmas so close. Maybe she could even play at the party if she learned quick enough.

"Sure. I believe we have a few that could work. There are piano versions of most of them. Do you know one you'd like to learn?" Tizzy suggested, mentally pulling up a list of them so she could put them on the paper for Trinket.

" Do you hear what I Hear?" It was one of the more religious ones but Trinket just liked how it sounded.
Fascinated by the shiny black keys further back than the white ones Sia reached out to poke one then ripped happily at the noise it made.

Tizzy nodded, her eyes glassing over as she picked out the notes to that one and wrote them on the paper, her hand printing them as if they were text just coming out of a normal printer.
"Now, this is how you read sheet music." the woman said, explaining the five bars, four spaces and the way the different notes and such were read. She then went on about what the difference between the black and white keys was. "Are you with me so far?"

Trinket was amazed by her teachers ability but said nothing in case that would be rude. She was also busy paying attention to the explanation she was getting. " I think I understand" There was even a sort of alphabet for music it was pretty cool, she'd always understood that the notes meant something but not that they had letters attached. Why some had tails and some didn't becuase they were connected was interesting too.
Both Tiima and Sia were curling and uncurling at the ends now eager to poke away at the piano keys. Whether they understood or not was debatable but they were willing to try.

Tizzy next explained the differences between high keys, low keys and the regular keys. She poked the different notes out on them, saying their names, then showed Trinket the lower versions and the higher versions. Pressing the main ones again, "Why don't you try and see if you can get your little friends to press the keys I say, okay? Just on the base section though."

There was lot to learn but Trinket was giving this lesson her full attention, she wanted to learn this so she could make music and so her tentacles always behaved. "Okay, which one first?" she would hopefully guide Tiima and Sia to the right keys.

"C." Tizzy told her with a warm smile. Slowly she listed off the keys and let the child try to press them in time. "There we go. Now let's try the order again faster." and once again listed those keys off, but at a much quicker pace.

Trinket found herself quite enjoying this lesson even if sometimes she made mistakes and hit two keys at once sometime. It still wasn't easy to get Tiima and Sia to do the right things when she tried to control them but it was easier than normal , perhaps becuase they also liked the music. " You're a very good teacher." she commented softly.

"Thank you." the android said pleasantly, carefully nudging Tiima a bit as she said one key. "You're doing very well." It was programmed in her to give children praise when they deserved it, and it seemed to encourage students, so Tizzy was fine doing so. Plus Trinket really was doing very well, as were her tentacles.
