'The Shiny Needle' was a Tatto palour set up one month ago. After one month it closed down and was never spotted again. The variety of customers who had visited suddenly found that they were developing special powers acording to their tattoos, one young girl had a tiny paw print on her hand, she found her hands could grow claws and her hearing and sense of smell increased.

With scientists going wild with trying to catch these subjects to experiment on and a war already spiking in down town New York, the New york dwellers are in for a rough ride and are going to have to learn to cope. With Gangs forming among them, war might inevitable.

Bio: Chris's parents were alcholics and most of the times they couldn't even remember they had a son. at school chris ran wild, getting into fights and delievering drugs for the older kids, who treated him and his mates like dirt. The Teachers constantly sent hoem emails about him but Chris laughed as they didn't know his computer had broken down when he was two and his parents neevr used their email.
