 Here is for everyone that has just joined our wonderful Soul Reapers of the Seireitei can come and learn more about bleach from you captains, and other high ranking officer types. Now there are ranking systems which will be set up in another post for you all to read. But for now I will be giving basic concepts of what this role play will be about. Role play basic
In this role play your teachers are going to be captains, you will be taught how to use your zanpakuto, once you get one, how to reach your first stages of Shikai, take you on small missions to have you fight hollows, and other beasts with your new weapon.
The Zanpakuto will not be the only thing we teach you how to use, we will also teach you how to use spells for battle, the enchantments, how much energy you will waste while your still learning them, and how to control it better while in combat.
You will be taught how to work with your fellow squad members, once you get one. Which squad you will best be suited for. (if you haven't joined one yet)
You will even be taught many other things that I will not mention yet, but you will become a great shinigami, and a great asset to the Seireitei, but before that can happen, you must pass all your classes.

Ranking Systems
Captains - head teachers (Teaches how to attain abilities, takes students on missions, can pass missions down down to Vice captain or Lieutenants)
Vice captains - teachers (helps teach how to attain abilities, and control abilities. Will also take students out on missions to test their abilities, can pass this mission down to Lieutenants to do)
Lieutenants - Tutors, and helping hands for the students (will accompany a student while a captain is away on a mission with another student, or unlessed instructed by a captain, or vice captain)
Officer classes - students (or helpers like lieutenants, if a captain decides for you to be)
Those without ranks - Students

Rules No god modding
No auto hits (if in spars with each other)
No killing each other
No one liners (cannot stress this enough, but can understand if it happens once in awhile)
When givin an order of a higher up, listen to the order unless they are just being plain rude
No chat speak, you must be doing something, and speak using " "
No action Icon like symbols such as * - # you must tell it like a story
Cursing is ok, just don't do it like crazy.

Dakota walks into the classroom his face red and giving a look of discomfort. obviously hungover he sits at his desk holding his head and begin grading papers. He then waited for the first students question tapping on the desk growing bored with his class.
(Do we even have any officers yet?)

(I have 12 members in my squad besides myself, so I know I do because the lowest rank in squads are officers, they are also considered regular squad members)

Sai walks towards Dakota wearing black glasses. " Ngh, its been awhile since I've been a teacher." Sai moves his hair out of his eyes while he take his glasses off and started to clean them. Sai puts them back one while he looks over at Dakota. "Ready for class!"

Dakota stood up and gave a big stretch. "Sure Sai, What should todays lesson be?" He said as he walked over to Sai trying to share his cheeriness. He says "Got an extra pair of sun glasses?" jesturing his hand towards Sai "I need to hide my red eyes so I can be a good role model." He finished.

Sai bust out laughing at Dakota. Sai reach in his pocket and took out his old sun glasses. " Here. The lesson for today will be combat training." Sai moves his hair once more. " I need to get my hair cut." Sai looks over at Dakota while his glasses slowly started to fall off his face. Quickly Sai caught his glasses befor it fall to the ground.

"So this is the school huh," avon said while looking up.
He kept walking into the school looking around not noticing the two other soulreapers in front of himself.. Crashing into akahana, avon fell to the floor.."owch.. why is there a wall here in the middle of the hall" not looking up while saying this .
