I am doing a term paper for sociology on Sikhism, and I would like to have a member of this fascinating religion to do an interview. *Note* I need these before Thursday

Sorry... I don't know anything about that religion. sad
But hey, this is how I start to learn. I know three times more about different religions now than I did when this guild was brand new. I'll try to see if I can still find stuff out about it. And if you want to post yuour paper here so we can all learn, that would be awesome! biggrin

wow, this is weird. i could've sworn i replied to this thread and gave you a link to a website about the religion but i don't see that post here... let me know if you still want it and i'll try to dig it up, but all i did was google it, and gave a Hindu-biased view of it.

I had a Sikh friend. All I know is that she compared her holy book to the Christian God. The title of guru passed onto their holy book after the person who started the Kalsa(sp?). That's all she said.
