Ok here how it went.
There was a family of 2 parents, and 1 male child around the age of 5. It was night time.
They were all sleeping and suddenly a guy comes in and murders the boys parents.
Then after that the boy was sent to a foster home. One night his foster parents had to go out, and I was the boy's babysitter. It was soon discovered that the boy's biological father murdered his mother, and the father came to his foster home and tried to murder him too.
When this was discovered the police arrested him (I think?), and he was sent to another foster home. Although, every time the boy came to a new foster home, his father would try to find him and kill him.
That's how it ended, since my alarm clock woke me up.

Hmm...i'm not a dream expert but i do dream pretty well so here goes...
Muderous dreams with chasing villains often detail the person being chased is scared in some way of who's chasing them
You were, form what read, not that chaser or chasee, but this boy, who was being chased, did he in any way resemble anyone you know?
if so, then it'd be a wise diea to show that person there're other with warmer hearts around them than just the one person they are afraid of
if not, then perhaps the dream was a visualization of a past fear you had, with whatever prompting the fear being close to you but unable to get directly to you
i'd say...if the dream reccurs or another dream similar to it occurs(or either has happened already), seek out a real life dream counselor, and ask their opinion

Haha i had the same dream..in a sense. Xcept it was my mom who came back and not my dad. And it was a little girl instead of a boy, and the mom followed (me?) the girl and her foster mom to a donout (is it weird that i cant spell donut?) But the girl didn't want to go with the mom and pushed her away but it didn't stop the mom from still going after the foster mom.
oh and the real mom was dead..that's the reason the girl was put up for adoption but the thing i ' get was how the real mom came back if she had died?
