I've never really had a problem like that. But I only really swim in my pool, which my mom is OCD about it being perfectly clean so that might be why.
You should go to the doctor. You might have a UTI. They'll just have you pee in a cup and test it and give you some pills. It'll go away in a few days and it's better you check now because if it gets worse it's really bad.
