So, today I made my first attempt at a more realistic style of anime, and I would like to know what everyone thinks. :]
She is my newest OC, Saya Nohara, a girl who can change into a snow leopard.

She is a nice character design. There is potential in the piece. Some advice though. When you are shading the image, don't use solid black for it. It throws off the image. Instead, use a darker variation of the skin tone. Some shadows under the hair to bring out the face more would be cool too. And around the lips and the nose to make them stand out.

Looking good though!
