Matt grumbled slightly as Snape dragged him into the Headmisstress's office. He wasn't happy about being dragged away by a supposed death eater, but what could he do? He had to admit seeing Cassandra again had sent a long shock to his system. She was looking more like father every day, and he knew father was in the same house when he was at Hogwarts.
"Severus? I wasn't expecting you so early." Minvera remarked.
Snape threw Matt forward. "I found him trying to break into the Slytherin dorms to see his sister."
She looked puzzled for a moment before slightly remember the student before her. "Matt Lynn? By god we all thought you were gone."
"I'm not. I ran away from everything." Matt remarked smoothly. "I'd really like to see my sister though. I can't imagine what she's going through with mother gone and father in prision."
"I'm sure that can be arranged..." Minvera spoke, but way too soon for Snape to be happy about it.
Snape glared, "I'm not at liberty to discuss anything private, but Ms. Lynn and I have have discussed her seeing her brother again. Unless Mr. Lynn here would like to get dismantled, I can see no benifit to seeing him again."

After knocking on the door, Karsh Infernous walked in. "Oh...sorry to interupt Serverous...but i wondered if i might have a word with Mistress Magonaggle."
Karsh said awaiting a response.

She settled her hands down on the desk and began. "What I can do for you Professor Infernous?"

She settled her hands down on the desk and began. "What I can do for you Professor Infernous?" "Madame, I would like to start a lesson on dueling...with your permision of course I will bewitch the room to make it look like it is as big as the great hall without damaging the castle on the outside. The only time you would notice a difference is if you are in the room...and i will take off this enchantment when the class has finished. I just ask your permision to have me teach a few disarming and damaging charms...i will not, however, teach the Unforgivable Curses...but i will teach a sheild from them...it was a spell that i came up with myself and is being taught to the ministry as we speak." Karsh paused to see that the headmisstress' expression was unchanged. "This, as i have said before, is with your permision."

"Yes. Yes of course. The students need to be able to defend themselves." She paused for a moment. "However I would like to observe from time to time. You of course have my approval for this."

"Thank you madame." Karsh said as he stood up from the chair. "I have one last question...when the ideal time comes...lets say next semester after holiday break... with your permission i would like to have a little tournament assembled...and the prize would be exceptions from end of term exams; not including O.W.L or N.E.W.T exams. Do you think it is a good idea? You need not answer me now, but i rather have you think on it." god i must sound assertiveKarsh thought. "Good day." and Karsh left the room.

Minverva looked up to hear a knock at the door. She straightened herself up and left her paperwork to get the door. "Miss Lynn? Do come in."
Scarlet emotionlessly replied. "Thank you, very much Headmistress." Minvera motioned to a chair and she sat down.
"Your brother was here this morning." She mentioned with a slight smile.
Scarlet put on the Gryffindor mask now. "I don't want to see him. But I would like to ask you something else."
She sighed staring at the girl. "Ask it, and we'll see."
She sighed and composed herself for it with teary-eyes. "I'd like my father to attend the funeral, and I'd like to see him today."
This sparked an interest in her. "Surely you know he's in Azkaban for being a death eater."
Scarlet rebounded again. "But Headmistress, he never treated me with any animosity. I really would like to see him, and let him know that neither I or my brother care anything about him."
"As long as your head of house agree's to this I see no reason why you shouldn't." She straightened up she had a bad feeling about this.
She smiled. "Thank you professor." She stood up to leave, and smirked as she left the office.
"I'll tell your brother that you're eating breakfast." Scarlet cursed herself in that moment and nodded.

Benny waited for Snape to say the password, Tabby Cat. They entered. Benny who was frightened wait for Mcgonagall to let them in. Benny entered follwing Snape.

McGonagall sat haggered at her desk, and pulled her glasses off her face. "Come in."
She watched as Snape filled in along with Benny in the rear. They sat down as she raised a questionable eyebrow. "I never thought I'd see the day when you two would be in my office together. Is this about expullsion, because..."
Snape cut her off, "It is not. The Gryffindor here has reported that someone has died in Hogsmede."
Minvera rubbed her eyes wearily. "Please enlighten me to the tale."
((And this is where I'm going to let you post the whole story from your side. Because we all known McGonagall is very fair about everything...))

Benny sat down and said in a quiet voice which wasnt normal cause she's a little loud.
"Well, i had gone in the hog's head to dry off because it was raining outside, during that time i had heard some noises upstairs so i went to see what it was, and when i grabbed the door knob i flew back, so i figured it was enchanted or something, I then went outside looked through the window from the outside with my broom, and saw a witch sitting down and another lying on the ground spread out, it wasnt a exactly a transparent window so i couldnt see much but i saw a silver and green bagde on the girl who was one the floor's robes," Benny paused for a moment " and then i flew back to hogwarts on my broom"

McGonagall sat still for a moment and picked up her glasses. "Thank you for making me aware of this. I'm sure the board of governors will want to speak with you, and Professor Snape in due time." She paused staring at them both. "I would suggest you both get some rest, tommorrow and the weeks following might be long and tretcherous for us all."
Snape nodded. "Yes headmistress."

Benny nodded and walked away to the potions room to picked up her robes and broom that she had left down in the dungeons.
Benny kept at least 2 meters away from Snape, she didnt think he wanted her following him but she was going the same way.
"MAybe i was over-reacting she could have just fainted, and the other girl was going to move, and someone had enchanted the door because they were playing a joke? ya that seems right." thought BEnny as she made her way to the potions room.

Snape dragged her and seated her down in the chair scowling the whole while.
Minvera looked extremely bewildered. "Is there something I can help you with Proffessor Snape?"
"Yes in fact. I found this so called Gryffindor sneaking into my storage space for a vial of truth serium." He spat. "You and I know the consequinces of this."
Minvera raised her eyebrows in amusement for a moment. "Do I now?" Then she straightened up and looked at the girl. "Despite the fact that Professor Snape continues to amuse us, I must ask if you understand the charges brought against you."
