Physical Description: Patrick has a very athletic body. Developed from performing many sports, his shoulder muscles are broad and compact, chest and abs are firm and tight, and his legs are very explosive. All these attributes are a testament to his activeness, he is involved in collegiac level boxing, football, and track.

Personality: Patrick is what you'd call a gambling addict. He'll put a wager on almost anything if the odds are favorable enough. He loves to play games, some are as simple as holding your breath... others are very serious and dangerous. He was born with a silver tongue that keeps him from getting into too much trouble, and gives him the image of someone very charismatic. He's very rigid when it comes to rules in a game, because the rules are there to make a game challenging. A very good way to tick him off is to not follow the rules of his game.

Family: Mother, Father, and 4 Brothers.
Bio: Patrick is the third born child of William and Robin Spencer. Born on a cold February day, Patrick was praised for being lucky enough to make it through birth. During labor Patrick's umbilical cord wrapped around his neck, and Patrick's mind unknowingly changed the outcome to the best possible situation resulting in him living to see another day. As an infant Patrick was fascinated by games, the more complicated the better. This obsession carried on with him even as he got older, preferring to play high stakes games of course with simple rules. It wasn't until he reached high school that he realized how lucky he truly was. On the very first day the most popular girl in school asked him on a date. He found a niche as a jock, performing well in all kinds of sports where the starters before had seemingly quit or gotten injured. As the days went by his luck seemed to increasingly improve, while the luck of others began to slowly decrease. It wasn't until he his senior year of high school that he learned he was a mutant. One night he and his friends had their usual poker game which Patrick always won. In attempt to prevent this they all conspired to cheat against him and take his money. As the game progressed Patrick began to slowly catch on to what they were trying to pull. And challenged them each to different games with strict rules. If they followed his rules he'd give them all his money, but if they broke them something bad to them would happen. He explained in an attempt to bluff them out of his house, however all of them agreed and thus the games began after each member shook hands. Like expected everyone other than Patrick cheated in their respected game. And thus they received consequences for it, each of them eerily similar to what Patrick explained would happen if they did choose to cheat. Realizing that these occurrences were too exact to be mere coincidences Patrick came to the conclusion that he was a mutant. Something that'd have to keep a secret because he was a competitive athlete, though this dampened his confidence majorly. Was he the one who earned those trophies or was it his power? He looked over his scholarship letters considering them all to be once in a lifetime opportunities that were earned through means of cheating he grew to hate himself. But his family was poor, they didn't have enough money to send him to a good school. He signed a letter of intent to the best offer and once graduation hit, left to play College Football. He quickly gained a name for himself by becoming the first freshman to start on the team since the school's creation. And gained media attention by making 'miracle' plays. But all these accolades meant nothing to him as he wasn't the one earning them. His self loathing continued until he came across a group of men picking on a little mutant girl. He called them pathetic, and they came to mob him. In an attempt to protect himself after saving the little girl he challenged them all to a game of Craps. If he lost they could do whatever they pleased with him, however if he won something bad would happen to them. The men agreed and were soon caught in Patrick's contract. He started off first and proceeded to roll straight 7s. The men angry at Pat's luck forgoed the opportunities to roll and attempted to pummel him into the dirt. Patrick gave a wicked smiled as a car came speeding across the parking lot they were in and hit them all before they could even lay a finger on him. He walked over to the little girl and decided to bring her to his parents, they didn't have much they'd definitely take care of her. That very day changed Patrick's outlook, he'd no longer scorn himself for being a mutant. Instead he'd be a proud role model for mutants across the globe, by accepting that this is what he was. And if anyone didn't like it, then they'd have to play his game.
~Description of Mutant Power~
Patrick's power is called Probability Outcome. It is essentially a reality manipulating ability, that allows his mind to control the outcome of situations by increasing or decreasing the probability of an event happening within a 20 meter radius. All the components he needs to manipulate an event must be there inside the radius and in plain sight, for example if he wanted to increase the probability of rain there'd have to be a certain degree of moisture and clouds in the sky all within the radius. He can't just materialize them. His outcomes are also not absolute, meaning even if he increases an outcome to 99% possibility there is still a chance of that something being interrupted by another possible event. His power gains him a second ability that he calls "Wager." It is a mental contract that is formed once he asks someone to play a game with him, sealed with a handshake. Physical Contact must be made. If the game is played and all his rules are not met or the challenger loses then a penalty is received. Patrick is not immune to his own power and if he cheats or loses will receive the same punishment as the opponent. The punishments are stated before the contract. Patrick's power causes a tremendous strain on his mind giving him massive headaches after manipulation.
**Seeing as how this is an incredibly powerful ability I will roll a 6-sided die to see if I can manipulate an event. If the number is even the event can be manipulated within the bounds of standard RP procedure i.e. no unreasonable deaths or miraculous evasions/modding. If the number is odd then the event doesn't happen and he is left defenseless. All of his games will be decided by dice as well.**
