This is squad sevens Vice-Captains Office. The Vice-Captain can be found here doing may different things from filing paper work for the Captain or being the Sub-Captain if the squads Captain is out on a mission, at meetings, in the hospital, missing, or anything else that may make the Vice-Captain take up Captain duties. Other than that, you can find him around in other squads or areas if he is not in his office.
The Vice-Captains office is a bit smaller compared to the Captains Office. It has a mid-sized desk and a office chair similar but smaller than a captains office chair. The Room itself has a window behind the chair and desk. On the walls are Poetry form the Edo Era of Japan and many Japanese ink paintings. Near the office door is a small palm tree that. In the middle of the room is a low table with six cushions around it, where the Vice-Captain eats and serves others.
There is a sliding door that leads to a small room where the Vice-Captain sleeps or rest during the day if he or she has time . If the Vice-Captain is Resting please knock loud to wake him.

Ronin walks into his office and looks about with his cold looking eyes. "What a boring place this is...." he said meaning that his captain is not here and he has no orders or duties as of now "I should go meet the other Captains & Vice-Captains..." he said as he than grabbed his Lt.s Badge and put it around his right arm. Ronin than checked his blade to make sure noting was missing or out of the ordinary. "Well I'm off..." he said as eh walked out of his office to the walk about and meet everyone else. As he leave he shut the door quietly and walks down the hall as if if wasn't even there.

Ronin walked back into his office and looked about. "What a boring place..." he said a she than grabbed his blade from his waist and looked at it. "Your the only one I really understand here." he said before he than walked around his office in a circle while thinking of something to do. "I wounder when the Captain will be here?" he than asked himself as he was still walking around in a circle looking at his blade in it's case. "I need something to do..." was the last thing he stated before he stopped walking and looked up at the ceiling.

Kato walked in slowly, taking in the Vice-Captain's quarters, glancing at the bookshelves filled with poetry from another age and time. He traced his hand over the ink painting on the wall, murmuring, "Astra ono thelduin..." His soft gaze fell onto his Vice-Captain. There was silence for a moment, then, a crack in the wood as he shifted his weight and said, "If there was one thing you could save, right now......what would it be? Who would you save?" He looked at his Vice-Captain with thoughtfulness as he settled down into the lotus position on one of the cushions, motioning for his Vice to do the same. Kato began to unconsciously exert Reiatsu, supposedly his had a calming effect.
He sat there, waiting for his answer.

Ronin looked as his captain and bowed in respect. "Captain..." he said very quietly as he was looking at his poetry and ink paintings. He looked at him as he than heard his question. "One thing I could save..." he said to himself quietly with a face that looked a bit confused, but than he looked up at his captain with a smile on his face. Very rare for him to have a smile. "You captain, you are the only thing in this room I would want to save from any danger." he said as he bowed on his knees showing he meant what he said showing respect rather than sitting down on a cushion

Kato smiled. It was good to see that respect was a part of his lifestyle. "You can drop the formalities." He paused for a moment. "A good answer, one that any Vice should say, but no. That is not the answer." He pointed to his chest. "The most important thing you can save.....is your soul. Without it, you are simply a savage, a primitive being with no sense of right or wrong. This may be the investigation squad, but that also means you may need to do some searching between you and your zanpakuto....Oh!" He exclaimed. "There's something I want to teach you....when you are ready." He wanted to shift the heavy mood into something more playful. "I'm a little hungry, mind joining me at the resturant? It's on me."

Ronin stood up and looked at his captain nodding to what his captain said to him. "I understand..." he said placing his left hand on his chest. "I'll save my soul and many others too." he said before hearing about his Zanpakuto. "Yes sir, I mean Captain....um..." he said a bit nervously trying to quit the formality, but having some trouble doing so. Ronin looked up at his captains offer to go get food. "Um, sure...why not..." he quietly looking down.

KATO MEISHI “Turn your ｆａｃｅ to the sun and the ｓｈａｄｏｗｓ fall behind you...” •xx • xx •   "Kato. You can call me Kato." He walked outside, paused, and said: "I'll be back in a while. I'll meet you at the restaurant." He smiled, and his face was slightly pensieve as he flash stepped out of sight. "Where to go, where to go...." He continued running like this, just running for the sake of running. Unbeknownst to him, he was going somewhere.

Ronin sighed as he than looked as if he just avoid trouble. "Kato, that's his name..." Ronin said as his captain left and he straightened out his Lt.s badge. He also straightened out his uniform to look less loose. "My captain is heading to the restaurant, I will meet him there..." Ronin said a he looked at his office for a bit. "What a very interesting place this turned out to be..." he said with a gentle smile as than walked out of his office closing the door, he than looked at his blade and than walked off to the restaurant. He seemed to be a bit happier than usual after his captain visited him and seems to want to enjoy the meal with his captain too.

Ronin entered his chamber and closed the door behind himself. He had a straight look on his face as he walked over to the cushion in the middle of his chamber that where around a low table. Ronin sat down and began to look off into space as if he was lost and wondering in his mind. "Captain..." was the only thing he said as he looked off. He was extremely worried about his captain though there was another with him right now. "I have to Act as Captain until he gets better..." Ronin said tryign to bust his own confidence. He looked up and took a few deep breaths and than put on a determined look on his face. "I have to help the Captain by keeping up a high spirit!" he said loudly to himself as he grabbed a few things and left his office.

Ronin entered his office and sat at his desk and began to work on paper work he seemed to do it very quietly that some people didn't even know he was back in his office until they opened the door without knocking. Ronin began to sign documents related to the captain's chamber burning. "I see..." was the only thing he said as he read them before signing them. He than got a knock at his door, he could hear whispering and talking outside of his office door and sighed. "Coming in, please hurry I'm very busy..." he said loud enough for the people on the other side of the door to hear him.
Squad member: "Sir, we think another captain should take control of the squad in stead of..."
Ronin interrupted him when he slammed both his hands on his desk he he stood form his seat. "You think I'm, incapable of running this squad while the captain is missing!!!" he shouted to him as he.
Squad member: "Your not in the right state of mind, do you even listen to yourself!!!" he shot back yelling, making other squad members in the hall stop and look shocked that he was yelling and addressing Ronin in that manner. "The Captain is most-likely dead!!!"
Ronin only looked at him and than sat back down and taking a deep breath and relaxing. "I see, you speak for everyone..." Ronin said now understand how they feel. "I will continue run the squad and I alone will consider the captain alive than, you may think as you wish..." he said very firmly and loud enough for event he people in the hall to hear him. "You are dismissed..." Ronin said to him as he then looked back down at the paper work. The squad member left and slammed the door behind him.

Ronin finished his work after a few hours and looked around his office only seeing how empty it felt. He than stood from behind his desk and began to walk around in office looking as if he was bored. But in reality he was thinking about what that guy said to him. Maybe the captain is dead..., he said as he stopped in front of his door and sighed. "I need to train and become stronger..." he said to himself as he thought and than just sighed with a depressed expression on his face. "I have to find a captain that will train me..." he than said as he looked at his hand and than made a fist. He was going to train, but first he must find that certain captain that will take a Acting as Captain under his wind. Ronin than opened his door and the man he argued with bowed to him in apologize. "You did nothing wrong, I was at fault." Ronin said to the squad member with a forced smile before walking leaving the squad building and than the squad grounds all together.

Ronin walked back into his office and appears to have a small not with him and sighs. "I need a vacation..." he said before sat at his desk and began to write up reports and sign some paper work. Ronin seemed to become a bit more open to his squad members and seemed to be acting more like a leader to his squad. Though he still wondered when his captain will come back, if he is still alive that is. "I can only hope..." Ronin said as he talked to himself quietly still focused on the work infront of him though.

Kato walked in to Ronin's office, slightly charred but otherwise okay. He leaned on the edge of his door, face somewhat grim.
"My house. Hei, right? What the hell did I say to him...." He shook his head and looked around. "Do you have a place where I can get a towel or something to wipe my face. I look a little....unpresentable at the moment.."
[Short, but just to let you know I'm still here. ]

Ronin looked up form his paperwork in shock and just looked at his Captain not wanting to believe he was right infront of him. "Must be an illusion..." Ronin said as he walked out from behind his desk and grabbed the Captains robe a bit. "You really are alive..." Ronin just looked at his Captain for a few more moments and than popped back to his senses. "Yes Captain, you there get a warm wet towel for the captain!" he shouted to a young female squad member that was just as shocked as he was. She bowed and ran off to get the towel. "Captain where have you been, we looked and presumed you where gone..." Ronin said trying to hold in his emotions.
The young female member came back in with a wet warm towel and offered it to Captain Kato. "Do you have any idea what We've been through, what I been through!" Ronin shouted at Captain Kato. Tears ran down Ronin's face as he couldn't hold his emotion in anymore. "I thought You where gone..!" he shouted at his captain as the young female squad member was still offering the Captain the towel and she too was in tears a bit.
