It was humid, and Kakali knew sooner or later the sky would start to fall. It was disgusting having to deal with being wet while traveling in an unknown area, especially under the dark of night. Grumbling to herself the tan female looked to the black sky, unsure as to where her feet were taking her at the moment due to the clouds covering the sky. She thought maybe north somewhere. Where ever she was going she knew she would find something good there. Stopping dead in her tracks Kakali growled lightly, this was not looking to be a very good night at all. She never travelled at night, but for some reason she found herself to have slept through most of the day, leaving her with little wiggle room. She had to move or else she would never get to where her feet were dragging her.
A soft rustling, there was something out there, either waiting for her, or enjoying the night time. Whatever it was, she wasn’t going to allow it to find her first. Letting out another growl Kakali crouched down low in the brush. She would find the intruder and tear it apart. Nothing was going to stop her journey now. Nothing.
“Come out now!” The female yelled, standing in the middle of the tall grass, listening for sudden movements. Where was it? Where?!

Ili'ella found it was the best to travel at night time, or early in the morning, because the sun wasn't around and she couldn't overheat. Unfortunately, she hated the darkness, it made her paranoid and skittish at times. She didn't like it when she couldn't see everything around her. Stumbling through the undergrowth and grass, she peered through the darkness trying to find a place to rest, before she managed to trip over herself.
She heard a growl, startling her from her spot in the tall grass. Panicking, she dropped the ground, trying to find the noise. At the sound of a feminine voice, she hid even closer to the ground. She sounded aggressive. She moved quietly, trying to creep across the ground and get away from her, before she discovered her hiding spot.

Continuing to snarl, the lioness waited, hoping that whomever was around her would possibly start moving. Movement always damned those that were trying to hide after all. Taking a deep breath, Kakali made sure to distinguish all scents she could, then calmed herself down. She had to be the one in control of the situation. This meant being calm.
Allowing her heart to slow and her mind to clear, Kakali smiled. Yes, this was where her mind and body should be at. Not muddled by the anger she always seemed to feel. Crouching lower to the ground she watched.
A small rustle in the grasses. Yes! This is what she was waiting for. With pupils enlarged the lioness slowly stalked after whomever was moving. Why she was stalking this creature, she had no idea anymore, but her body and mind told her to do so, and so she did. Smirking as she came closer, Kakali wiggled her butt as she pushed her legs further to the ground, then suddenly she launched her body skyward towards the creature in front of her.
"YOU!!" The scream was guttural as she awaited touchdown, not really knowing what she would do once she was on top of the creature. Would she kill them for no reason, or perhaps get to know them? Kakali wasn't so sure, she would just let her instinct take over and see what happened.
