Physical Description:
Tai Li has a small light build, which makes her a lot faster then she is strong physically. Due to her smaller body Tai Li trained in many martial arts learning different forms and creating muscle memory. She also took gymnastics and yoga to loosen up her joints making very flexible. Tai Li has mastered shiatsu a form of massage that deals with pressure points, she uses this both to help her friends and as a way to keep from getting hurt in a fight.

Personality: Tai Li is an easy going fun loving girl once she opens up. She tends to be shy when face with truly meeting someone, while acting out in front of people or without really talking to them she can be her normal self. However when faced with a new person she will freeze up and go quiet until she is use to that person. Tai Li is very energetic and love to play around.

Family: Uncle
Bio: Tai Li was born in Lijia a small village in China. Her mother died when she was young, so Tai Li was raised by her Uncle Iroh for the most part. Her Uncle was a kind and wise man that taught her many things, about herbs, healing and tea. The two of them lived peacefully until Tai Li began to show signs of powers. This was something that had not happened to a member of their family in generations. Luckily her uncle was a wise old man who had read about Tai Li's great great great grandmother who also had powers. He warmly accepted her powers and all, however the villagers were not so kind fearing her as a demon. Iroh knew it was only a matter of time before they were attacked so he packed them supplies and the two were off in search of a new life. Traveling to japan they lived with friends of her uncle's for a full year before leaving once more.

Once out of Japan Tai Li and her uncle traveled to the U.S.A. in search of a safe place to live. Traveling soon became something Tai Li got good at and because they did not stay long in one place she was able to practice her powers without a care in the world. Tai Li spent three years in the U.S. before her Uncle and her had to part ways. She wanted to go off and find herself so she left to travel alone.


~Description of Mutant Power~
Chi Manipulation is a very rare and powerful ability, spoken about only in legends of china. This is the ability to manipulate the life force of all living things, from the insects and mammals to the birds and fish even humans, any thing that has chi. All natural things have some chi but it is not until one masters this ability that they may tap in to the earth's chi. This power can be used for great good or great evil, which is why when a child is born with this power they are hunted and killed for the safety of China. Those who learn to may even steal the chi from another to help recharge their strength but at a price if they take to much they can kill the creature they are using to recharge.

With living creatures it can be used to help heal them/increase their strength and power, or it can be used to weaken them.
However once she learns how to use it she can start to use nature's chi which allows her to do things reach out and move earth, fire, water, and wind. Once she fully masters the power she can move much stronger natural things like lighting. All these come at a price meaning unless she recharges a bit since chi is life energy she could end up killing herself through over exertion. Also anything man made like plastic and stuff is beyond her powers since man made stuff does not have a chi.

Bio: Felicia was not born a mutant, not really though she carried the mutant gene it was inactive and believed that it would stay that way until the day she died. That was until she was 15, when Felicia was kidnapped by a rival crime boss. This man had found out that Felicia held the mutant gene and found a way to activate it. By the time her father's team retrieved her, Felicia's mutant gene had been made active and there was nothing he could do to stop the mutation. Over time she found that her mutant powers weren't as hard to hide as some mutants she'd seen. The power would come and go randomly which made it difficult once Felicia decided to go into the family business of crime. Because of this Felicia worked night and day for months, creating inventions to make up for her uncontrollable powers. Once her work was complete the Black Cat was born.


~Description of Mutant Power~
Felicia has retractable talons in her fingertips; superhuman speed and strength, agility, and endurance. With proportionate to a cat, her eyes can see in infrared and night vision. Her sensory acuity of a cat, to the point she can even smell pheromones. Felicia's hearing is able to pick up even the slightest movement around her, while her eyes and nose help her keep an all around guard to enemies. She has almost a sixth sense about things thanks to her feline abilities. Felicia's health was also effected giving her a higher resistance to disease and sickness as well as helping her wounds heal in only a fraction of the time it would take a normal human to heal. ((meaning like a broken arm that would take 4 months for a normal human to heal from would take her like 4 weeks))
