Not really sure it could go either way depends on how much practice Kagome has had, but Kikiyo might win

I would hope they both die.
But I say that they would wear each other out, then kikyo would like have a spasm in frustration cuz she would be angry about kagome looking like her or something like that and kagome would stab her with an arrow and then kikyo would iunno...pull her anoying stunts and then they would both die.
YAY!!! HAPPY ENDING!!

Kikyo would undoubtedly win in a fight against Kagome. She is, after all, a master archer. Sure, Kagome's skills increased as the show progressed. However, Kagome's skills do not match Kikyo's.

After all, she spent almost her whole life training to become a miko, how to use her powers, how to become an awesome archer, etc.
