Hobbies:
Outdoor Activites- Anything outdoorsy. Hiking being the primary thing he enjoys- he can just grab a backpack full of a few things and be on his merry way. He also loves swimming and canoeing. In Destiny City, it's not unusual to find him sleeping on the roof of the apartment complex he's in, rather than in his room. Not only does it feel like camping, but he gets to sleep under the stars! He'll still go camping if it's raining, but don't expect him to sleep on the roof when it happens. Colds are for the enemies of the environment!
Motorcycle Riding- Robert has a need for speed. He loves motorcycles, and owns his own.He has a newer motorcycle that runs off of hydrogen -- it's friendlier than gas for Earth's atmosphere. AND FOR MOTHER NATURE YOU CARBON FUEL BURNINING, LANDFILL FILLING JERKS! (OOC note: This plays into Aeris's senshi being Uranus- whom also had a need for speed and owned a motorcycle. As a cavalier im thinking he gained a love for the both as well. )
Eco-Friendly- He will get on your case for littering, likes to conserve energy, believes in global warming, etc. He believes that its the little things we do to conserve our planet that will save it. Basically, He is a damn tree hugger. AND PROUD OF IT
Virtues:
Observant- Robert takes in all the little details, and calculates them at mind boggling speed. All the little things you might miss, he will hone in on. This trait comes from his escapades in the wilderness. Learning to read the plants around him, how to track down game, how to see if the weather might shift at any moment. The little details he needed to survive caused him to be hyper-aware of his surroundings.
Strong Willed- If he makes up his mind about something, it's insanely hard to persuade him otherwise. Determined and unwavering, he'll keep coming back up if someone tries to beat him down -- both figurately and literally, no matter how injured he may be. If you happen to be someone he trusts, however, he'll be more likely to believe you. If you're not... well, if he thinks getting to candy mountain is through the woods, good luck trying to correct him in saying that you have to go over the river first. Be sure to follow him in order to tell him "I told you so!" if you were right, then enjoy taking the long route.
Pack Mentality- If he trusts you, you are his best friend and he will do anything to help you. This mostly is classified as the other cavaliers- and a few select others (IE- Endymion, Moon princess, etc ) . (OOC note: This can also double as a flaw. See below )
Flaws:
Pack Mentality Continued: Robert has trust issues. Oh he will joke with you and talk and SEEM to like you, but at the end of the day he wouldn't trust you. He has a very small circle of people he would actually trust to sleep near and not think they would take a knife to his throat. It takes time and effort to gain his trust, as well as leave a lasting impression. Those that impress him enough are considered his highest priority, and as soon as he hear's they're in trouble, you can count on him to come racing to the rescue as fast as he can.
Outspoken- He will talk to practically anyone and say anything even if it hurts you. Yeah you have that stain on your a** from you sitting on water that everyone ignores to be polite? He'll point it out.
Bullshits- He has a defense mechanism to cover up facts he would rather not reveal, that being he bullshits. Yeah he doesn't like talking about his past at all- he will tell you he was raised by blue mountain ogres and his mother was a green dire wolf and his father was a acid pink tree frog. Oh and he will change his story each time. ( This can also be used to joke around- he will crack off jokes a lot. He isn't a Chronic Liar- the main thing he will SERIOUSLY Bullshit is about his past. He doesnt like to talk about it. )
History: The only thing he will really tell you is that he came to destiny city as a wandering backpacker. He originally left his home right after graduating Highschool to wander the world for a year with only his backpack, motorcycle, and a limited budget. He just so happened to be drawn to destiny city for some weird reason...
Once arriving, he decided he wanted to stick around for a while. He will get a job, and a shithole apartment. (With a roof he can pitch a tent on and sleep under the stars when he likes.)
He is known to sometimes crash at the homes of the other Cavaliers- so if you randomly have someone on your couch, or on your roof, it might be him.
If asked about his past, he will bullshit a grand account that will most likely be stolen and produced as a sci-fi action thriller comedy and bomb at the box office.
Physical Description:
Hair: Short hair, style up to you but it should be short. Color wise it should be a dark blond. (Aka it looks like a light brown.)
Eyes: pale ice blue
Skin: Tanned skin. Due to being outdoors a lot.
Face: Oval shaped
Body: Thin, should be -slightly- toned due to all the outdoorsy activities. He is around 5'8" tall.
Fuku Color: Navy Blue
Why Mountain:
Mountains are the result of tectonic plates shoving together and forcing earth up into a peak. They are strong, sturdy, full of life, and nature. They are natures own barriers, keeping certain life aspects on one side, and totally opposite ecosystems on the other. Mountains are a treacherous terrain, not for the weak hearted at all. They will break a man down and show them how hard life truly is.
Robert is mentally strong, and in tune with nature. He also is, pardon the pun, a 'mountain man'- loving nothing better than sleeping under a tree in the middle of a warm summer day. His outspoken ways relate to the mountains unforgiving environment. He also is like the mountain in his inability to trust people. He blocks them out, never divulges personal information and remains a shield. To those in his inner circle though, he will watch over them and guard them with his life.
