P e r s o n a l i t y : Hikaru is normally a happy person, and is very affectionate and caring, but is also naive at times, which is most of the time, but he is logical but eccentric, claiming that normality is boring and eccentricity is much more fun, however all of this wasn't Hikaru's real personality, as it was formed from being traumatized by the death of his mother and father right before his eyes.
B i o g r a p h y : Hikaru was born as the son of a member of the mysterious group known as Aubade, his father being the only parent he knew for the majority of his life, rarely ever seeing his mother, due to the fact that Hikaru's father had to keep his marraige to Hikaru's mother secret from the rest of the Aubade members. However, eventually when Hikaru was 9 years old, the rest of members found out, and Hikaru and his family were chased to the edge of a massive cliff face, and he saw his parents getting killed before his eyes, but to safeguard her only son, Hikaru's mother used her last dying breath to cast a spell that took him to safety, making him disappear before the eyes of the Aubade members. The next thing Hikaru knew, was that he was in a bed, with bandages wrapped around new wounds, and he encountered the person who found him, a lady by the name of Mira, who took care of him with the help of HER son Raika, and Raika considered Hikaru his brother, due to how much they were alike. The truth was, that Mira was the sister of his mother, and he only found this out after he turned 14, although as soon as he turned 15 he went to join SeeD, making sure he could support his adoptive family. However, he does not know that he has an identical twin brother known as Kira, and has never met him, since their parents sent him away for his own protection, but eventually, the two will meet.

S k i l l - D e s c r i p t i o n : Hikaru will gather some of his bio-electricity into Ryuugasen, causing its blade to become surrounded by a nimbus of electrical energy, which will paralyse those unfortunate to come into contact with the electrically charged spear.
S k i l l - D o w n s i d e s :
-Due to using his own bio-electricity, Hikaru gets tired easily from using this skill, for the simple reason that the body's bio-electricity is what keeps all the organs functioning properly, so in using this skill, he is essentially causing himself to temporarily lower his organs' efficiency, and becomes temporarily lethargic from using the skill.
-He can only use it up-to 2 times at E-rank before falling unconscious on another try, 3 times at D-rank, 4 at C-rank, 5 at B-rank and 6 at A-rank.

L i m i t - B r e a k - N a m e : Dragoon Berserker
L i m i t - B r e a k - D e s c r i p t i o n : Hikaru's speed and strength is enhanced greatly whilst he is under the influence of this Limit Break, whilst his spear changes form and becomes a spear of pure solidified energy. This Limit Break lasts for a few minutes (2 posts), and his speed and strength is increased to that of one rank higher than his current rank. It also allows him to use Dragon's Slash again if he has used up all his number of uses for it, allowing him to do more damage with Dragon's Slash than normal.
L i m i t - B r e a k - D o w n s i d e s :
-His attacks with the energy spear are wider than normal, causing him to become more vulnerable to an 'attack of oppotunity'.
-The Limit Break functions basically like a berserker rage, increasing his strength but reducing his reaction capability due to the influence of power the Limit Break grants him.
-He can use it at any time, however it will take 8 posts for him to be able to use it again, and the posts while he is using it don't count.
R P - S a m p l e : Hikaru was running through a forest, his left shoulder slowly bleeding, as he was trying to lead his attackers into a place from where they couldn't escape from, and then he found himself at a dead end, surrounded by sheer unscalable cliff walls, and he could hear the fiends getting closer, and then he was surrounded by the fiends, which appeared to be like crimson tigers, and he was annoyed with this situation. Hikaru decided, that he wouldn't use his Dragoon Berserker Limit Breaker just yet, he would wait until he had no other options, just so it wasn't in vain, as it would be stupid to waste the power right now, and then he held Ryuugasen out in front of him, and then the blade was surrounded by a nimbus of electrical energy, and he could see that the tigers were getting nervous. Then he charged at the first tiger, as there were 5 of them, and he took a risk and decided to try and take out two of the tigers in one go, as he struck at two tigers who were too close to each other, slashing wide with the electrically charged spear, paralysing both of them, but the initial slash did enough damage to be fatal to them, and then he looked at the other three, then charged again, reactivating the nimbus once more and took out another two with Dragon's Slash. The last tiger ran away but he could tell that it wasn't running away because of Hikaru, and he found out why as a large more wild looking version of the tigers appeared in Hikaru's view as it entered the area that Hikaru was trapped in, and then Hikaru swore, having used up both his currently available chances to use Dragon's Slash, and decided to use the Limit Break after he was thrown against one of the cliff walls by the large tiger's paw, and he noticed that the creature didn't put much effort into the attack at all, showing how strong the creature was.
"Dragoon... Berserker...!" Hikaru intoned as he got up, energy swirling around him as Ryuugasen changed into a spear of pure solid energy in his hands and his strength and speed increased, and then he smirked, charging at the giant tiger, strafing from left to right in order to dodge any of the creature's counter attacks, and the tiger was getting annoyed at how fast Hikaru was now, and then Hikaru jumped into the air, having trained extensively as a Dragoon in order to do that super jump kind of move and then he prepared to use Dragon's Slash again, something which he could use again when he used this Limit Break, but only if he had already used it up all ready before entering the Limit Break. Hikaru roared as the spear's solid energy blade was surrounded by a powerful nimbus of electrical energy and he basically smashed the spear into the tiger, the electrical charge paralysing the creature but the spear smashed its skull's bones, killing it instantly. Hikaru then jumped off of the tiger's dead corpse and decided to take advantage of his Limit Break's speed enhancement while he still could, and he ran out of the area as fast as he could, moving faster than he normally did because of the Limit Break.

P e r s o n a l i t y : A happy kind of person, but sometimes he is kind of immature, but in battle, he is dead serious. He is known to be reckless, but he is protective of his twin Hikaru.
H i s t o r y : Kira is the twin brother of Hikaru Kaneko, and he was separated from Hikaru by their parents for their own protection only a few hours after they were both born. Only recently, Hikaru has managed to find out about Kira, but Kira has come to seeD Academy in order to be with his brother, and to keep them both safe. Due to their being identical twins, the injuries Hikaru or Kira suffer are also inflicted upon the other twin, so if one dies... so does the other.

Weapon Origins: A specially designed weapon that Kira had made for him by a skilled weapon-smith. It incorparates special mechanisms and arcane systems within its structure to allow it to shift between 3 different weapon modes, each with their own downsides and advantages. However, the three modes are No-Dachi, Long-Blade and Katana, which represent the three weapon forms the modes are. No-Dachi Mode is the weapon's true length, the size of the original Masamune sword, however it can only be wielded with both hands due to the weight because of its massive blade length. Long-Blade Mode can be wielded in a single hand but with great difficulty, and is like No-Dachi Mode, except that the blade is more curved and is slightly more wider, to allow greater cutting power. Katana mode is the most simplist form of the weapon but is not the original mode. It takes the form of a double bladed katana, which has two blades on one side, side by side, to allow a double hit attack, and can be wielded in one hand.
Special Abilities: None, except for the mechanisms that allows it to mechanically shift between the three modes.
Weapon Location: Sheathed in a transforming scabbard that is slung across Kira's back, which changes to fit the weapon's three forms.

Weapon Origins: A specially designed weapon that Kira had made for him by a skilled weapon-smith. It is the form of a chrome silver long-barreled handgun that utilizes a magnetic coil system to allow rapid fire. It is capable of firing 18 bullets from one clip. The main types of bullets used by Balmung are sniper rifle rounds and high-penetration hand-gun rounds.
Special Abilities: None except for its capability to utilize sniper rounds without difficulty.

Skill Description: Kira channels his magical energies into his Balmung gun, and enhances the bullet in a kind of augmentative manner than when Kira fires the gun and the projectile strikes physical matter, the result is a small magical detonation from the bullet that causes large amounts of explosive damage to whatever it strikes. However the detonation is more along the lines of a kinetic energy shockwave.
