This is the outside of my glorious lair. Not much is seen here except for some exotic glowing trees that spew Kuro Kotogara and dark soil, yet it is still beautiful and one of the most popular attractions of the Dark Empire. The outlook of this landscape is simply breathtaking and mystical to say the least.

'I don't even know why I'm here... Faia looked up at Jinsoku's large bay window that overlooked his empire. She wiped a wet spot under her eye. She stayed there stairing at his window for what seemed like forever. The night was young, the moon was glowing luminously in it's beautiful crescent shape. The wind blew her beautiful long curls that were now crimson because of the lack of light. Her hair wrapped around her neck, as if it were her blanket of comfort. A few moments later, her trance was broken from a nearby sound. She turned her head towards the thick forest that surrounded Lord Jinsoku's castle. She heard muffled voices and it sounded like someone giggling. "Who's there?" Faia walked towards the sound. Just then, two men appeared from the bushes holding swords. His guards. "What's wrong miss? You looked like you've seen a ghost!"
"Oh c'mon you don't know who that is? That's that crazy twit who stole the Mystic Sword of Eden! She's evil and she's come here to kill us!"
"Oh, well we can't let that happen now can we?"
I'm unarmed. These bastards. Faia looked up at the window one last time, and started to walk back the way she'd came.
"Oh, where you goin sexy? You don't wanna play?"
Faia stopped and turned around. "I advise you two, to leave me the hell alone."
The two men started laughing and one of them took his sword and put to tip to her neck.
"Or what are you gonna do about it eh?"
Faia glared at him, she pushed the sword downward, cutting her neck slightly. Then her eyes started to glow red. The sword began to heat up, soon the sword got to about 400 degrees and burned the guard's hand.
"Ahh s**t! This b***h is crazy!"
Faia smirked, "Yes that's correct." She started to leave. I knew coming here was a mistake...

The sky grew dark and the air became deadly eerie. Black fog began to circle around Lord Fuzen's guards as they began to scream at the top of their lungs for help. Within seconds they we're gone, like they had been eaten by the darkness that surrounded them. As they disappeared from sight, Lord Fuzen appeared. "I told you coming here is dangerous without warning me in advance. Please Faia, your safety is of the utmost importance to me. Have you not received my letter? I warned you to flee this place. It's not safe for you here." Jinsoku walked closely over to her as he began to run his fingers through her scarlet red hair. He looked into her eyes as he wipe the dampness away in his. The look on his face was unreadable because of the mix of emotions he was feeling. He wrapped his arms around her like it was the last time he would ever see her. As he released her from his tight grip he looked down on her waiting for her to explain why she hadn't left yet.

"You know... I once heard that in an old fairy tale that people could live happily ever after. I just don't understand why they wrote it if it could never come true." She stared up into his eyes, the moon shined on her face and he could see her cheeks glistening like a river under moonlight. She sniffed, "I don't want you to turn yourself in. I'll do it myself. I came here to say thanks, and sorry about your guards." She bowed and began to walk away, when she turned around her hair brushed his face softly, leaving a cinnamon smell underneath his nose.

The sweet scent of cinnamon reminded Jinsoku of his past. She knew it was his favorite scent and every time she thought she would see him she wore it. Flashes of moments in time that the two shared filled his mind instantly. In all of his life Jinsoku was never thought of as a kind or sensitive person, but somehow Faia had the strangest ability to bring out that unfamiliar side of him. As she walked away from him, her long and beautiful scarlet red hair blew angelically in the soft breeze of the night. He began to think what would he do if anything ever happened to her. Suddenly, his heart seemed to stop and the air circulation to his lungs felt drained. He began to walk with haste towards her, quickly and firmly grabbing her arm as he turned her around to face him. His other hand immediately grabbed her other arm as he slightly lifted her so that only the tip of her scarlet red high heels touched the ground. He looked into her eyes as if he was looking into her soul. "Stop Faia! It doesn't make sense for you to throw such a precious life such as yours away. The High Priest may not seem too threatening but believe me he is a very dangerous man. I know that I won't be able to convince you to leave but at least allow me to offer you my assistance. Tonight, I want you to gather two of your most loyal followers and meet me in my underground chambers. I have a plan." Jinsoku couldn't bare to see the look in her eyes that seemed engulfed with pain and sorrow. The hurtful feeling of being misunderstood was not a feel that she hadn't grow accustomed too, but that fact that she felt this way everyday did not make it any better. He had to do something to help her in her time of need. The reason he felt obligated to help her wasn't just because he knew he owed her his life, but more so that over the years he had deeply and truly fallen in love with this woman. "Please, Faia, let me help you"

"You're very strong" 'Ouch...' Faia looked at him trying to hide her the pain in her countenance. She knew that Jinsoku wasn't going to give up easily, that was just the type of person he was when it came to her. She looked up at him, she could see every emotion within his face. He has always been the type that when one looked at him, they couldn't read what his emotions were. But this night was different. Faia could see every emotion with great detail, the way he looked at her, the way he spoke calmly and reassuring and even the way he tilted his head to the side and stared into her eyes. Faia hated it when he did this, because it always meant that there was no way of getting out of it. She spoke softly, as if her words were kissing him gently on his neck. "Jin, I can't have you involved with something so dangerous. You have your own life to worry about and--
She stopped speaking and stared off into space. She had a flashback of when she was younger, she saw herself crying all alone in a small area. The area was completely made of stone, this was the dungeon her father had thrown her in.
'My life is worthless, if it were up to me, I'd rather die now... No one knows my sorrows...' She kept a blank look on her face while she was staring at the moon, in deep thought.

He have her a soft shake to snap her out of her flashback. After she snapped back into reality he loosened up his grip a bit. He hadn't realized how tight he was holding her. They had landed in some real deep s**t and the only way to flush themselves out seemed to be by force. Suddenly, Jinsoku had gotten a bad vibe. "Look Faia, I need you go to the chamber now and wait for me! I will find any two of your people that you ask, just go there now and wait for me. Don't argue or debate with me now, please just go Faia!" The feeling was growing more and more intense. Could it be the High Priest? No, perhaps the high priestess? Jinsoku started to make the transition from the state of mind of a concerned lover to the mind state of a general. His eyes changed to a dark purple, the color that all vampires eyes turned when faced with conflict. He looked down at her again, "Go, Faia! Go now!"

Faia looked at him, she knew something was terribly wrong with him. "Jin..? JIN!" she grabbed his long thick coat and shook him slightly. "Stop staring off like that whats wrong?!" Her eyes grew large, she could see his eyes turning a dark indigo and the scariest thought, she could see his razor sharp fangs as he made an evil face. She looked up at him, "Jin what's going on? Do you need to feed? Tell me dammit!" Suddenly, she felt something deep within her chest. She suddenly felt the need to get the hell out of there. 'Someone's coming... Okay, I'll follow your orders this time.' She gave him one last look, and then broke into a sprint towards the castle. She was holding her dress while she was running, you could hear the sound of her heels as she ran across the stone walkway. She ran into the castle and disappeared.

He was happy that she chose to obey him without a fight, but his happiness was fated to be short-lived. He had to disappear and he had to do it fast. He looked back to see her as she ran into the castle. Jinsoku could have spent days watching this woman run but he simply didn't have time for that. The lord extended his hand outward and downward as he began to manipulate the shape of his Kuro Kotogara into a black hole. "Kuro Jubaku Ni." He didn't have a second to lose, so as soon as he activated its powers he jumped into the spinning dark vortex that would transport him to his destination, The Fire Empire's Barracks. There is where he would find two of Faia's most loyal followers.
