Ili'ella was doing something that she rarely did. She was practicing her dancing. She much preferred to sing but it never hurt to expand her horizons with a bit of dance. She was a graceful creature normally, but when it came to dancing, her clumsy side came out.
Standing atop a slight hill away from a pond she had been resting by, Ili'ella watched her feet with mild distaste as they fumbled another set of moves. Sighing, she paused and took a deep breath to calm herself. Left. Right. Left. Left. Turn. Oomph!
Tripping over her paws, Ili'ella went crashing to the ground. Unfortunately for her, she'd landed on the slight decline and began to tumble down the hill. The pond made a loud splash as she slipped into it's fairly shallow water. If she stood up, it would only be to half way up her legs.
Lying in the water, soaked, Ili'ella began to laugh. Raising her paw, she smashed it to the ground and sent a small wave of water out of the pond. She was wet and now quite cold, but she was happy still.
Playing in a pond sounded a lot better than dancing anyway.
