Hey, I um.. thought I should tell you guys that as of Saturday, December 10, 2005 Tomygril, or Leah, wont be guild captin any more. She's turning everything over to me. So the front page will be getting a face life and updated. The mini banner will be getting updated. And I have a mountian of a to do list.

Okay let's start out with the help wanted section

Charms - Okay... with Leah leaving we've got a charms teacher space to fill. Anyone who would like to apply pleae pm me this coming week and just give me a small reason as to why you want the job. And if no one else applies you could very well get it. I'll write a reason for Mrs. Felton's leave tonight and post it in the thread soon.

We need a Madam Prince for the library. Apply people ... PLEASE APPLY.

Next my to do this this week and what that means for you guys.

1) I'm making a dueling club, it will be released Monday at 11:30 am Iowa Standard time. Anyone from any house and any year may join.

2) I'm also going to start an elite slythterin's club that will be released 11:30 am Iowa Standard Time. NO DETAILS WILL BE GIVEN TILL THEN -smirk-

3) I'll be sending a pm to the heads of house about starting clubs for their houses. I'd prefer that ONLY head of house start a club. Kindly pm me or your head of house about starting one with ideas... k?

4) Hogsmede - This has been discoused for two weeks. It's coming wednesday night. about 7pm - midnight, all iowa standard time. It'll be open to all students and staff. I'm doing this because I want to offer it to everyone. Just one thing. If it's abused by anyone of a particular year... students of THAT YEAR will be banned from the village.

5) .... haven't gotten that far. Suggestion box is there for a reason people. Feel free to use it. -grins-

Shura-Pendragon has now been apointed to the status of Madam Pomfrey. She's now in charge of the Hospital wing. So I hope you enjoy it. -hugs-

Okay. One last thing. I'm thinking about having a buy house points thing for donating to the guild. I'm just putting that out right now for people to sound off about and give oppions. I'm leaving this thread open so we can say good bye to leah properly. She was a great Cap. and I hope I can live up to her.

And so we can talk about my ideas and your ideas. I'll also be posted time tables here on when things are going to be released and details about them. So watch this thread from time to time. -smirk-

Topi#1 has been apointed to the post of Madam Pince.

And... I'm thinking about putting a store in hogsmede, that I'll run. A pet shop. That will sell pets for this guild. The gold will be split.

With the majority of it being donated to the guild. -is still ironing it out-

Also..... -thinks back- I think we will do the house points for donations idea.

1 house point for 100g
10 house points for 1k
50 houst points for 10k

I want you to trade the gold to my acount, so I can keep track of who and what house is getting points. That way we don't have people just donating to the guild and expecing me to keep track of that. Because for about two weeks it'll be all I can do to get on gaia. Aftrer that I'll be on break and will have time to work on things. So I'll be working on getitng things up on here and then working to make sure they run smoothy for 2 weeks.

Teacher's avi images are now linked to the main page, this makes it so when a teacher updates his or her avi, the image will auto change on the front page. -grins- I got the idea for that late last night. What do you think?

Okay, here's the more details about the hogsmead forum.

I'll be running the Hogsmeade station, it'll be a thread for technical things for the forum, kind of an ooc thread for the whole town.

Now here's what I've got for shops that'll be there.

The Shrieking Shack - no runner .... maybe if someone wants to run it.

I'm going to be selling pets for the guild in there. -grins- I'll create the threads tomorrow. But, I need people to want to run those threads. Come on and post here or pm me... I'll try to kepe an eye on it... but my day is going to be packed... so I'll be doing something if it's before then.
