The mountain trail is the most direct path in reaching Lake Verity by foot. It leaves the campus on the South East side, and uses switchbacks to scale a relatively small, steep mountain in a much longer, but less strenuous manner. There are signs posted to stick to the switchbacks, as graveler like to imbed themselves into the mountain walls, and may attack, or worse, self destruct if threatened, causing Rock-slides. It's recommended that students bring a teacher along through the mountains, and required that the students tell a teacher thay are going out there. After dark, if a student has been out on the trail without reaching a phone in a nearby town, a search party will be called, and pokemon Rangers will be deployed in the search efforts.
