Night had fallen bringing with it the stars and the moon and a few stray fire flies. The plains seemed quieted besides the usual chirping of insects with in the grass. It was like a soft hum of music, and echo of the former day.
Tzi sat on a small boulder and listened good and carefully. The lioness's eyes were shut as she took it all in, escaping to a world of her own. The vision in side her head was wonderful and colorful, taking in each sound the night had to offer and morphing it into a beautiful scene.
Then a toad croaked and Tzi opened her eyes. She wasn't angered or annoyed, just surprized.
"Haha, bit out of tune there," She mused. The toad croaked again and hopped off the boulder. "Guess everyones got a song.. in their own way," The lioness flopped onto her belly and smiled down at the toad.
Poi:
Imani had taken to traveling at night lately, as it seemed easier. The sun did not scorch during the night, there were fewer distractions, and there were stars to look at. She always did like stargazing as much as cloud-watching. There was something magical about the way the stars sprinkled themselves on the black of the night sky.
A figure on a boulder not far from her made her stop for a bit, however. Curious, she changed course and trotted over. "Good evening!" She was running early, so she could afford to stop for a bit.

Tzi had still been watching the toad when she heard a voice. The lioness turned to look, a curious gesture. To her surprise there was another lioness standing there. Tzi blinked, "Oh! " She smiled, "Good evening to you as well. "
Strange, she hadn't heard the other. The toad had hogged all her attention. Tzi couldn't help but smile more.
"I'm sorry how rude of me. I'm Tzigana, have I wandered into your territory?" She was still having a hard time with territories. Life had been so simple when she stayed in one place. It never accured to her that it was rude to travel through another lions territory. That was until she went off on her own. Now she was more careful.
Poi:
Imani laughed softly. "I am Imani. And no...this is no one's territory if I remember right. My home is a couple days travel from here, actually." She motioned in the general direction of Tearmann. It was still odd, she thought, that she had always considered Seascann's land home more than she'd ever considered her birthplace home. "I hope your wanderings have been safe so far. I've been told the rogue lands can be a rough place, though I've not encountered any danger yet."
Though on her way OUT of her home, she'd felt eyes on her...it had disturbed her to not end, for she remembered those same eyes on her as a juvenile when she'd first encountered Seascann.

The lioness grinned at the other, she was glad that she hadn't wandered into hostile territory.
"Is it that obvious I'm a wander?" She had to laugh, " I guess asking if this was your territory was a pretty big hint huh?" Tzi got up and did a cat stretch. "You know lots about territories?" Tzi tilted her head, resting on her haunches now.
Poi:
Imani nodded. "No worries...for the moment, I am one myself. I decided to leave home for a bit to visit family before my duties grew too intense." She sat, chuckling. "And I only know about the territories I've gone through myself. Which...is few, quite honestly. Mostly, I've been through the rogue lands."
She had been in a mist-filled valley, however, at one point...but her sisters there had sworn her to secrecy about it, so she said not a word of it.

The lioness felt a smile grow on her face.
"So you're part of a big pride then? Out about on visiting leave. Thats so exciting." The smile grew wider and wider. Sure Tzi was a wander, but she was new at it. Finding her own way had sounded easy at the time but now that she was away from her small pride, things were much tougher. Still she was able to manage and thats all that she cared about.
"I haven't .. been to many my self. But I haven't really run into many lions who were all that happy to see me," She looked at her paws and frowned.
Poi:
Imani nodded. "I am. It's a very old one, but I wasn't brought into it until I was nearly an adolescent." She smiled at the memories. "The Ri of the coalition was out on the borders, and I ran into him. We've been friends ever since!" She chuckled. Seascann smiled a lot more nowadays. Back then...he seemed to grasp at every small happiness he could.
"That's not good." The red and purple lioness frowned. "You should come visit my home one day. We welcome outsiders, so long as they don't cause trouble. And many in the coalition are very friendly."
