Well, I was making a battle system for a Naruto roleplay but, I occured to me. Would anyone join? The Way I set it up, it makes all thing possible, and anything that you have seen on tv can happen. But, it takes quite a lot of explaination to9 and typing for me) in order to understand everything. So I would just like to know which dose everyone prefer?

I personally prefer those battle systems that are not like Dungeons and Dragons and such based on luck. I prefer actual hand to hand free combat.

I think people will join no matter what method you use. Just make sure people don't "dodge" every attemted attack, that gets annoying.

I agree with shadow, dodging is childish and if people do it alot.... it gets really boring.

Yeah I set up some of the complicated one in the Literate area. I figured that ill make so if the attack is faster than the evade its a hit unless you get a random number of ( insert Number). And if hte evade is better than any number under your evade number is a miss.

The dice may work. It makes sense actually for fighting is like gambling. Yet that would not really help for some people are better at fighting then others, so thus, relying on a di could not be very efficient. This would also depend on the kind of fight taking place. Hand to hand? Long range? Magic? Every aspect would have to be looked at in order to fully understand and figure out how dodging could be used. Teleportation should be out of the question. No teleportation, it makes everything ******** up.
By the way, I hope my profile is not too long..if so please notify me that it is and I shall fix it.

And if hte evade is better than any number under your evade number is a miss. That sounds complicated...how about the attacker generates a random number, and then the person getting hit generates a random number too, and if the attacker's number is higher, it's a hit. I'll give an example.

Cause then anyone could win. Being realistic, if an all powerfull ninja challenges a baby, the baby could possibly win like that. And theres no way that would happen.
