Welcome to the Ports! There's a pub, and many markets full of sea critters and treasures from around the world, though not the safest place in the world, but the only place to do some local trade.
There's said that a trading company from Japan is doing well, though no one dares to mess with the Japanese tradesmen, though they seem to be selling well, along with wanna be pirates along with real pirates. This is the place where the abandoned stay as well as those shipped for slavery, but rejected. It's the slums of London, but they live a healthy life by stealing, fishing, or even trying to get a job.
