The roof tops of this world seem to be an entirely different world, They connect in most places, creating a shield from the eye, But there are roof tops underneath this, making three layers. This layer is the highest up and is covered in farm land with decks and vents sticking out of the top. There are holes and stairs leading to the lower levels.

Yuri walks along the building tops, people avoiding his wake because of his dark aura.

a raven flies up and circles above yuri. He raises his hand and it lands on it, He then takes the note and reads it smiling. "good." He smiles and sits down. meditating with his chi byakugan.

"Hana, Im glad you came." he opens his eyes, showing the blood byakugan. "You are now one of the first people to see this eye." He smiles, it looks like a byakugan, veins and all but the iris is a deep blood red with a a sort of cat's eye line through the middle.(still debating the over all looks, this may change). His other eye is the eternal mangekyou sharingan.(i also have to create this seeing as it is deferent from person to person).
"This is my eternal Blood Byakugan."

"Very good." He says responding to both questions. "It is the first of it's kind," he stands up and holds out a hand to help her out. "I would normally give introductions, but all of the other members are hard at work. If you don't mind I am going to check you for bugs or tracking devices." the veins on the right side of his raise as he uses the byakugan to check her over, the veins go down. "Your clear, lets go see the base."

Yuri walks over to one of the ladders protruding from the roof tops and slides down it, heading to the top of a building, from there to the side of the building where he hooks up to one of five repelling stations and goes down the tall building. he heads from there to what looks like a subway station entrance, He waits for her to catch up.

Yuri walks into the station and to a brick wall. he laces his hand on it and a seal appears. the bricks disappear and he grabs hana's arm pulling her through before the reappear behind them.

Sparrow hides in the shadows away from the moon. Being in the shadows allowed her to hide from watchful eyes. A squirrel scampers across the tile of the roof. It stops in front of Sparrow not knowing of her presences. Slowly she pulls the string back on her bow aiming. As she released the arrow comes flying out of the shadows and lands in front of the squirrel making it jump back and take off running off the edge of the roof. Sparrow lowered her bow smiling, it was a spot of hers to scare things. During her younger days it was how she played with people. During on of her test she didn't tell her trainer about it and scared him with her genjutsu and then shot an arrow close to his head. Sparrow stayed in the shadows waiting for him to show.
