blaugh Okay now that you've seen the good stuff, you can have some perspective on where I started. I got into edits, because when I joined Gaia, durring one of my wanderings, I found a HUGE edits contest held by JustPlainJoe. @_@ and lol I mean huge..... I was so amazed by everyone's entries..... especially the scene type edits by Shaolin(those stuck out to me) -o.o- so I attempted some of my own.
blaugh My first edit shames me by its ignorance. I used the large profile avatar and later resized it. (it seemed like a good idea at the time lol) The next two I did from the correct size to begin with. Mind you, all these three were drawn in MSPaint. I still like my Lulu edit and although I like using Photoshop now, I know its possible to come out with good edits using just MSPaint....just takes a whole lot longer to do lol. xd
I figured out how to do better edits by watching everyone else's and trying to disect them to find out what lil details would make it look better and such. Its been fun participating in contests, doing edits for friends and minishop customers, and learning such a tiny craft. ^_^ I still think it would be fun to help out Gaia officially with avvy clothing items, but I'm fine with where I am too.
