You cant already achieve stuff write down what your zanpakuto is and shikai and bankai. and make sure they say not achieved.

Edited. I'm trying to give off a kind of Chad situation, where I begin to wonder what I am when wierd stuff happens except I accually find out who I am. From there I have to make a decision...either fight for the mortals, or come to Hueco Mundo...

Well then you can't be a member of any squads. You will have to make that decision first before doing anything. if you choose to be evil be at human world as a rogue and try to join in hueco mundo with the leaders there. If not then just come in a squad. But, still you have to earn your bankai, shikai and zanpakuto. So cant be achieved from the start.
