I agree with the previous suggestion. Crew Members could also directly invite people to the Guild which would help increase membership.

Well, I have an RP up, I'd like to see more participation in that, also we need to work on advertising and spreading the word about the guild. Now that I'm Vice Captain would you mind if I made a few changes, like banners and wording, I can make a few graphics and spruce things up. If you want to see examples of my Guild designs then you can check out my Guild, The Parthenon, that way you can see how I work. I want to really make things good around here, this place has potentiial!
