Basically a bunch of kids were asked questions about what they thought were the biggest things to happen this decade, and other random things that makes anyone over 15 feel old. lol. xd Such as playing them the dial-up sound....and them guessing at what it was, bwaha. My biggest fear is the devil and bigfoot. But mostly bigfoot.

I like that they remember Britney Spears as the girl who "cut her hair bald" and that her song was in Robots. And all of their guesses for dial-up...lol.

I know right? xd I was kinda surprised some kids didn't know about 9/11. I mean, isn't that pretty uh...known in the States even if they were only one years old at the time? Like wouldn't they be taught about that by parents or in school? But I guess they are just 9, I don't even think I learned about serious topics in school till like ...grade 5 razz

I remember Fred Penner. But even if I saw it today I wouldn't remember his place; backgrounds and settings don't interest me due to being relatively less destructible.
But overall I was probably about seven then and have blocked it all out of memory. To the future!

He came to Kitimat and I got his t-shirt :O I don't even know if I liked him or not, but we went anyways, lol. I also remember that random Charlotte Diamond who sung the crazy kiddie songs. Pretty sure she was Canadian too. xd

I seriously remember nothing about the meeting other than mom took us to the theatre for the show, I got a sweet purple shirt with a cartoony Fred Penner on a funky train, and a signed thingy. I must've been pretty little to not know anything else. ^^; ...Priorites = purple shirt, obvs, haha.

I met the awesomeness that is Bruce Campbell in Vancouver a few years ago... I'm thinking 4 years? Downtown. He talked to us, and touched my shoulder, and I could not stop giggling. I think he thought I was mentally retarded, and my friends were really my caregivers taking me on a day trip. I had photos, but they were on my friend's external drive and it melted,and he's not sure if he still has them. I'll see if he does next time I talk to Ken.

9/11 is still big in the states... hell i remember being in science class about that and watching it on tv as it happened..... i think i was in the 8th grade.. i know i was in middle school... i got sent to the principle bc i laughed at it happening....
i guess ya'll are talking about famous people... i do know who any of those people you are talking about but i met dale earnhardt in the 5th grade and got to ride in his really really fast race car in the mall parking lot.

I was in grade 9, and by the time I got to my socials class first block, our teacher had it recorded and played it for us because it was life changing s**t. I was pretty shocked by it at that time honestly. confused Gonna guess that Dale is a race car person? :O Fred Penner was like the Wiggles back in the day - famous child song dude.

I was 19, I believe. I remember it all because mom woke me up when the first plane hit, and I watch the second one live. it was also the same day my mom's dog caught on fire along with part of the kitchen. Yeah. Not a good day eek

well i wonder what might happen in two years from now...... it will be 12/8/2012 it will be 4 days from when supposedly the mayan calendar ends... or the end of the world...
i dont really remember the 80's either but i was born 87 so i dont expect to remember it... my first memory is on kurt cobans death day... i was sick and well its a different first memory.... most people dont have death as a first memory when they are 4 or 5 years old....
